In these things we, humankind, family, do believe.

The best of life is for all of us. A world of social
mobility, a world of economic prosperity, a world
of equal potential for everyone.

A world with rights, your rights my rights everyone's rights. A fair world, a tolerant world, a clean world, a green world. A world where anything is possible.

This is our destiny. It's ours if we choose it. We are humanity.

We are humanity.

We humankind are family.

We chance that by the power of our efforts

That we may shape the destiny of our fate.

We speak words of joy, words of gladness

Words that are our belief

Words for what we already feel in our heart

Words for what we already know in our mind

Words to help us be clean and clear

And bright and bold and swift

We do gain our freedom by hope and by expectation.

By words unadorned and by love unashamed.

However far away from each other we are,

We do speak in one voice and in one unison.

Words, hope, and expectation do gain our freedom.

They do impel us and propel us they do guide and help our actions

They do shape our actions and the actions of the powerful

By our hope and our effort we do help make a better world together

Make your wishes and I know what you wish for

The peace the freedom the joy the love that is natural to every being

Make as many as you like

And the more wishes you make the more wonderful everything will become

These beliefs are natural and whole and good

They are our beliefs

They will help us speak what we know in our hearts and believe in our minds

These our beliefs are our future our freedom and our belief

These our beliefs are what is already inside us

Words whose speech more fits the general hope and desire

The hope and glory of our freedom

For by these words shared in our act of speaking

The price of freedom is made easier

A natural act

A natural breathing of the soul

A natural state of our being

I believe liberty is natural to humankind.

My strong faith and belief is we humankind are family.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind's freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

This universal freedom is for everyone and without exceptions.

Humankind have a common faith a common language a common culture.

It is our love for each other. Our kindness. Our generosity.

Our universal values are found bringing us together in every time and in every place.

Choose to stand in your liberty with your fellow humans.

That we never again shall stand alone nor be parted as the sand.

Not only to have had empires be overturned, but also to have Republics be fulfilled.

We have inculcated within our breast the power of freedom and the desire

to share along with all humanity the emancipation which comes from a free people freely choosing to freely make a free society.

Peace and love and joy to one and all.

Let no-one persuade us against this sweet fruit of the redemption of our years of effort.

Freedom is our birthright. Freedom is our heritage. Freedom is our destiny.

I stand before you to remind you of our destiny.

A free people.

Chasers of the dream. And providers of the reality.

I stand before you to recommend the future.

A free people freely choosing to freely make a free society with freedom and liberty for all.

A Better World Together.

I am privileged to speak for the liberty of humankind.

Not only privileged but honored.

Hold your light bright within you.

Unify with me as I unify with you and together we will progress the fullness of freedom for everyone.

No person is on their own.

As we walk towards each other we help unify the light.

Together we will grow in intelligence, together we will gain our freedom.

Humankind are a community of freedom both political and economic.

A family of love and unity and cooperation.

We must not forget to fulfil our destiny and our promise.

We hope for ourselves the unifying destiny of our freedom.

In these things we, humankind, family, do believe.

The best of life is for all of us.

A world of social mobility, a world of economic prosperity, a world of equal potential for everyone.

A world with rights, your rights my rights everyone's rights.

A fair world, a tolerant world, a clean world, a green world. A world where anything is possible.

This is our destiny. It's ours if we choose it. We are humanity.

Our institutions help us express our love for each other.

We believe in freedom and we believe in our principles.

We joy in them and uphold them and support them.

We believe that if we uphold our principles then will we get our freedoms.

I have a strong belief and faith in humanity and in our being family together.

A joyous belief that our destiny is freedom and that we gain it by our principles.

We are no less honored to defend the freedom of one person than another and we have no shame in the defense of the liberty of humankind.

We believe that government is instituted for the benefit of the people

And must take the forms that are most beneficial to the people,

And that we must hold common institutions among ourselves

For the strength and progress of liberty.

Our Republic is our Freedom.

We believe in our Republic.

Democracy. Freedom. Liberty. Education. Progress. Development. Love.

In love in unity in liberty in hope. In expectation of the fullness of our freedom.

A world of Republics with free votes and free movement and free enterprises on all lands, seas, and shores.

Democracy and voting for all people.

Republics from the South of Africa to the North of Africa.

Republics from the Pacific to the Atlantic.

Republics from South America to North America.

The fullness of freedom is for everyone.

Free markets, free trade, fair trade, free speech, free movement, free assembly, the right to due process, and to protection from search, spying, and seizure.

A right to shelter, education, good health, sufficient food, clean drinking water, sanitation.

A right to community. A right to good help in community organization.

A right to protection of these rights. Without discrimination. Equal rights and in equal language.

With unity. With love. With freedom. Together as family. We can help provide for each other.

We have been doing this. We are doing this. We will do more.

I stand before you as a person of the universe, the galaxy, our solar system, and Earth - and as a believer in the freedom of humanity.

I stand before you to bring before you the best of goals of humanity.

I stand before you as an act of faith and a declaration of belief in the possibility of humankind.

I come before you not to win your hearts and minds.

Rather to tell you that you have won mine.

I come before you not because I want your vote.

I come before you to cast my vote.

And I vote for you.

I super do.

We are family together. United in love and in freedom.

These and more are our freedom. Our principles. Our liberty.

We humankind are one family.

We believe this truth.

We prefer the familiar truth

That the fullness of freedom is for all and in full.

Familiar because it is a truth that all humankind

Know in their minds and believe in their hearts.

We prefer unknown vistas

That arise before us

As we exercise our liberty

And create better worlds together.

We know that we cannot always tell

What freedom will create

But we have faith in the goodness of humankind

We believe in the actual possibility

Of the harmony and freedom of humankind

And in its present and continual progress

Among all peoples and places

And all times and ages.

We believe in having a Republic

And in having a free economy

That fits the definition of freedom for all.

And their hope and their destination

We believe in the sufficient wealth

For every person

And the more general equality

Of wages and persons

That a free economy is expected to deliver.

We prefer the happiness

Of that better world

Where things are better

Even though utopia might be always far in the distance

We prefer the utopian bliss

Of a better world

Generation by generation

We prefer the better future

That is always possible.

We prefer the stars as our destination

And perfection as our destination

And though we miss

As will always or often be the case

Yet we shall have aimed higher

And for doing that

We shall have gone further

We dare to Conserve and to Progress

And I know just what you say to me

Conserve and progress our course

Conserve and progress our fate

Conserve and progress our destiny

Conserve and progress our belief

And I agree.

You say to me

Accept the tried and true path of love for all people

Accept the tried and true belief that we are all equal of worth and of potential

Accept the tried and true acceptance of liberty for everyone

And I agree

And I am joyful at our belief in liberty

We have not always attempted with much exactitude

To define the entirety of liberty

Without doubt it denotes not merely the freedom from bodily restraint

But also the right of the individual

To engage in any of the common occupations of life

Where they do not deny the core rights of others

We hold the right to acquire useful knowledge

To believe severally whatever we believe

And to keep our beliefs within our conscience

And to share and teach the same to others

We hold the right to have our rights protected

Equal rights and in equal language

To hold our own relations of marriage

And of family and of community

To establish a home and to bring up children

And to generally enjoy the exercise of our liberty

Pursuant to our happiness

The right to live in courage

The right to live without fear

The right to so organize and so arrange

The world around us that it please us

Without harming others

Within the bounds of reason

Within the principles of liberty

The most good for the most number of people

The freedom of the individual

The most we can get for ourselves and for each other

We choose the sweet beliefs of liberty

We humankind

We have grown

We have expanded

We have supported

We have upheld

We have progressed

Our freedom

Our liberty

Our republic

Our federation

Our humanity

Our righteousness

Ourselves humankind

We believe in the need

To secure the conditions favourable

To the pursuit of happiness

We hold by our thought and our belief

Such institutions as do better help us

To show our love for one another

That we may uphold and support each other

In our liberties and in our general welfare

We do uphold to say as a community

That we do respect each and every person's individual rights

That each individual may hear from the community

By way of our institutions and our community declarations

That everyone is accorded the same dignity and liberty

That every individual

May know that their rights and freedoms are safe in the community

That every individual

May hear that everyone is accorded the same liberty and freedom

That every individual

May hear that everyone is accorded the same rights and freedoms

That every individual

May hear that everyone is accorded equal rights and in equal language

We speak good words

We speak good morals

We speak good charity and good love

We speak good order of our economies

We express our beliefs

With what we have as our efforts

And what we have as our concerns

And with what we have as our own knowledge

And with what we have as our own understanding

Decade by decade

And generation by generation

We did gain our rights our freedoms our liberty

Decade by decade

Generation by generation

And we are free

We uphold and progress good beliefs

Doing the same as all people have done

Throughout all times and ages

Throughout all places.

And we add our efforts

To help in our time and turn and place

To progress the freedom of humankind

As we each do at this time

As others have done previous to ourselves

And as others will do after this time.

All people at all times and places

Have found timeless universal truths

Truths that all people can find

Truths all people have found

To various extents at various times and places

And which all people have expressed

In various ways and to various extents at various times and places

The full expression of these rights is exactly what all people need.

We believe in enumerating our rights.

Enumeration of our rights helps support our liberty.

We express at our various times and places

The things that we find most necessary to our cause

As best as we can find to express our rights and freedoms

We say the words of freedom.

To steady and smooth out the words that make policy and law.

That our liberty may be held clean and clear among us.

We speak to help ourselves grow in understanding

We speak because good words help freedom grow

We speak because good words help good order

We have remembered the words

We have remembered to speak the words

We have remembered to share the words

We have remembered to believe the words

We have remembered to find good expressions of the words

We have remembered to find good enactments of the words

We dare utter in our day

The list of things we require as basic for life and for liberty.

We deem this necessary for keeping and progressing a republic.

I am unafraid to set out our standards of liberty.

I insist on setting out our standards of liberty.

We by our right of freedom of speech

Do secure our right to a free discussion of public events and public measures,

And to enable every person at any time

To bring the government and any person in authority

To the bar of public opinion.

We believe the rights of due process apply in equal measure to every individual

Without concern as to who they are or with what they are charged

We believe in specific warrants.

We believe against creating files on all the people

We believe against searching and spying and seizing.

We believe in the right to humane treatment

We believe in the right to dignity

We believe in the standard of liberty

We hold the standard openly

We do this for the benefits of liberty

We believe in criminal justice and civil justice

Social justice and economic justice

We believe in good living conditions for everyone

We have the right to food.

We have the right to water.

We have the right to shelter.

We have the right to sanitation.

We have the right to healthcare.

We have the right to education.

We have the right to employment.

We have the right to a minimum standard of living.

Everyone on the planet has all these rights

We believe in upholding all these rights

And in all places and in all times

And in all our occupations and institutions

We do always seek to gain

And to uphold and to maintain

And to progress

The fullness of liberty for all

We are humankind one family together.

We have overturned oppression,

And we fortified our hearts with freedom and compassion.

Not that we may deny another

But that all may live free.

Not only oppression overturned

But also to have all freedom and compassion fulfilled.

We believe in our rights

We here in each the time and place where we do find ourselves

Believe in ourselves as having gained and as gaining

The rights that are due to all persons.

In the defense of our rights

I offer you a robust endorsement of liberty.

A better world

Is often as easy to attain

As gaining or correcting or supporting

Or better expressing or progressing some of our rights.

We believe in love.

We believe in harmony.

We believe in joy.

We are one world, humankind, family

We are a free people.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind's freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

Freedom is our birthright.

Freedom is our heritage.

Freedom is our destiny.

We are humanity

And wherever we are

We shall keep and continue this universal freedom.

We see before us the brighter world we can build together.

To share along with all humanity

The emancipation which comes from a free people

Freely choosing

To freely make

A free society.

We believe in each other.

We believe in everyone together.

We believe in love.

We are part of a republic of freedom

Which spans universes and transcends time

And is as sweet by its many other names.

The fullness of freedom for everyone this is our Republic.

We are humankind.

We believe in freedom.

We believe in liberty.

In full and for all.

We are founded upon love and intelligence.

We are founded upon joy and harmony.

We are founded upon freedom and liberty.

We are founded upon good economy for all.

We are founded upon the good beliefs and the good expression

Of that good light found in every individual

That light which we are

We believe in keeping to the principles

Upon which the Federation is founded.

We believe in upholding the soul of the Federation

And in helping to progress its expression.

We believe this takes our efforts and our beliefs

And we do have these efforts

And we do have these beliefs

That we find ourselves more capable to our cause and more known to each other.

That we might have help to be better organized to gain the fullness of our freedom.

We are family together. United in love and in freedom.

These and more are our freedom our principles our liberty.

By our institutions and our public sentiment

We gain and keep our liberty

We all of us are the people

Together we are free

We are one world, humankind, family

We are a free people.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind’s freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

We believe in freedom and we believe in our principles.

We joy in them and uphold them and support them.

We believe that if we uphold our principles then will we get our freedoms.

Our institutions help us express our love for each other.

We believe that government is instituted for the benefit of the people

And must take the forms that are most beneficial to the people,

And that we must hold common institutions among ourselves

For the strength and progress of liberty.

The government is commonly for two things.

That which we cannot easily do except as a community.

And that which we do much better as a community.

The personnel who help the people

They must not be moneymakers getting riches for themselves

They must not be merely earners of fees

They must be helpers of the people

They must help those who need help

A state is not a mere society,

Having a common place,

Established for the prevention of mutual crime and for the sake of exchange.

Rather the state is more than this.

Political society exists for the sake of noble actions,

And not of mere companionship.

Institutions, enterprise, government,

Friends, neighbors, and family

They are all part of our team

We get where we are by the efforts of others

By the world they built, whatever they managed to build

We continually remind ourselves

That our inner and outer lives

Are based on the labors of other people, living and dead,

And that we can exert ourselves

In order to give in the same measure

As we have received and are still receiving.

Our deeds are a living force

Throughout the wide world in our entire civilization of today,

And will so continue

Through countless generations,

Through untold ages.

In the long run we go up or go down together.

Organizations and beliefs do not maintain themselves.

They are maintained and changed and progressed by effort.

Our institutions and our principles are not self-existent.

They are maintained by the effort of those who believe in them.

Some people think the government is there to rob the people

Some people hate paying any tax for any cause and think of ways to avoid paying tax

Some people think they do everything on their own efforts alone

Government isn’t there to rob the people

Government provides infrastructure and education

And income and opportunities for the less fortunate

And sets regulations for worker conditions and the environment

All this helps provide for the health of the Republic

Government has real costs and real services.

Government gives real help to real people.

Government is the best way to do this for some things.

Not only because of cost but also because of surety.

We can speak advisingly about legislation

Legislation for the workers tends to help them

But legislation from owners and managers must be checked extra carefully

We can speak caringly about the poor.

We should establish a poverty line

Not only by what is absolutely necessary

But also by relative poverty

We can speak considerately about tax.

We should tax not only relatively the same portion

But the rich can be taxed above this portion

We can speak concernedly about wages

There should be no excessive costs

Rentier wages and unfree activities are wrong

Team doesn’t take away our freedom.

Team gives strength to our freedom

Team doesn’t take away from our accomplishments

Team helps give foundation and support to our accomplishments

Paying fair tax helps everyone in the community

The richer incomes who don’t pay fair taxes aren’t being heroes

They are stealing from the spirit and the purse of freedom

We do not buy slavery with our taxes

We buy freedom

For ourselves and for those who are less fortunate

We can pay for the poor

We give them welfare from what we can afford

I believe welfare helps strengthen you

I believe welfare helps strengthen your families

I believe in free markets

I believe welfare helps provide the strength that should be yours

I believe this money is best paid as wages by the free market.

I believe that if the free market fails you then we can pay this money by spending taxes

I believe welfare lifts people out of poverty.

I believe welfare helps people have better opportunities.

I believe welfare helps people to be independent.

I believe in hope and in providing people with opportunities

We higher tax payers should be so thankful

For the opportunity of helping those in need

From our taxes we can provide for the elderly

By this we look after our parents and grand-parents

The working generation provides for the retired generation

We set aside money and it pays for the retired generations

We in our turn will be provided for by future generations

The money we give is recorded in an account

Only the working generation can provide for the retired and the sick

Their labor power is reflected in the national productivity

And their labor power is reflected in the prices of stocks and shares

We are repaid in relation to the proportion we paid into the system

Private insurance invests in a basket of businesses

Businesses and stock markets rise and fall

Government insurance invests in the entire nation

The entire nation is usually a safer overall insurance investment

This helps provide insurance for everyone

From our taxes we can provide for the sick

We can decide how much to pay

We set aside a budget and form an institution

The institution is a public body and not a government body

Funded by the government from taxes.

Owned by the people, and run by medical staff.

The institution has a budget and it has a goal.

The most good for the most number of people.

We provide this within the budget we have.

It can have price discovery committees

And efficiency and best practice committees

And implementation and negotiation committees

This organization can act upon a continuum

There can be a continuum of healthcare industry versions

People can decide where on the continuum they want their government

They can do this by their votes and by hearings committees

On this healthcare industry continuum

We could have a universal national healthcare service

Where we pay for everyone outright

A good general level of healthcare for everyone

Or our healthcare system can have a universal general minimum

Where everyone must buy a minimum

And the government buys this minimum for the poor

A good general level of healthcare for everyone

When you are forced to buy something it is a tax

Universal systems have cheaper prices

Or our healthcare system can have a universal welfare minimum

Where everyone must buy a minimum

And the government buys this minimum for the poor

A welfare level of healthcare for everyone

Or our healthcare system can have a non-universal welfare minimum

The government buys a minimum for the poor

A welfare level of healthcare for everyone

But nobody is forced to buy anything

There are some common variations

Government usually only pays the minimum for the poor

Some governments will pay a percentage of your insurance

There should be an absolute limit on how much the government pays

Some systems have your employer pay part of your insurance

Your employer should not pay part of your insurance

You should receive that money as a wage and then the money goes from you

This gives you better labor flexibility

In non-government universal systems there should be purchasing unions

These are umbrella corporations to help you get the best insurance deals

Some welfare versions only pay a minimum insurance for those below a poverty line

Some things are poverty for the middle incomes

There is where you start and where the costs will leave you

This gives a general outline of the continuum

Not only for the budget but also for the public body healthcare institution

The best system provides good general healthcare for everyone

I prefer a national health service

Births and medicines and operations and palliative care are all free.

Run by boards of experts and with various representation on the boards.

All within a budget.

This provides healthcare for everyone.

Sick people don’t have to stay sick.

We can pay for them to get healthcare.

We give free glasses. The blind to see.

We give free hearing aides. The deaf to hear.

We give free hip replacements. The lame to walk.

We give free medicines. The sick to be made well.

We give free surgical procedures. The sick to made whole again.

Paid for by the community for the community.

That we may more easily care for each other.

Whether we pay a budget for the poor

Or have a universal system or a national health service

We can provide healthcare

We give free operations and free medicines.

Whatever we can afford within our budget.

The most good for the most number of people.

We can give everyone a basic level of education

We can provide 12 years of education to our children and youth

That they may have a basic minimum level of opportunity

And for those above this age we can have a reduced core of the same

That the basic subjects be provided for everyone for minimum opportunities for all

Free classes in the community evenings and days free for all

For the core subjects and for basic literacies

I believe everyone needs the opportunity to gain basic literacy

In community languages, in reading and writing,

And in literacy and in computers and in finance

That people be better able to take care of themselves and their families

That they need not fear and need not suffer for lack of these very basic abilities

I believe in training in the community

We can have job training for common skills and common opportunities

And for local opportunities that do arise from time to time

So that you are prepared and supported

That people do not lack the range of basic common skills

That do add to their freedom and to their ability to get jobs

That they may have a broader set of job opportunities

We can recognize informal learning

We will start with review of proposals with the systems in Ireland and Norway.

I believe in cheap loans

For college and for university

So you can train and re-train

We will try to get formal qualifications from years one and two of degrees.

This can help people make use of these levels of education.

This could help competition in some parts of some industries.

Students are afforded all their dignity and rights

They have their human rights and cannot be denied

I believe with education and job training opportunities

That the unemployed will find opportunities to help them find labors

I believe our unemployment officers can make good efforts

To find all the local job vacancies so people can easier know about them

K-12 education, core education, literacy, and job training

These things provide everyone with better job opportunities

They help progress our goal of freedom and equality for all

These opportunities will continue in the community.

Everyone will always be able to take these classes.

I believe this gains a minimum level of opportunity for everyone

I believe we can help improve the job prospects of millions of people

I believe that with better education we can have better jobs

And that with better jobs we can have a better economy

Education helps uphold our freedom and our liberty

Education helps progress our freedom and our liberty

Education helps uphold our politics and our economy

Education helps progress our politics and our economy

Education helps freedom and opportunities spread

Education helps our economy provide equal wealth to everyone

Education helps keep our Republic healthy

Without education our Republic falters

Without education our Republic falls

I believe in good conditions for labor

I believe in representation on boards of enterprises

According to how we rely upon the enterprise

And according to how we are affected by the enterprise

Such as workers, management, customers, and the community

Management are one of the trades

Some capital brings ownership rights

Pay should bring some ownership rights

Social organization and education create jobs

We cooperate together in producing wealth

We should act in the equality of what we have produced

Having mixed in one thing the combinations of our labors.

And finding association of labor we do offer ourselves protection

For when others of us do request or require that we do leave our labor

Our dismissal requires 1 day notice or 1 day pay, for every 8 days worked.

This goes to the maximum required notice or pay which is 30 days.

Generally this usually means if we work a year, we have to give us a month's notice

I believe in a minimum wage

This blesses your family

I believe in a sufficient wage

Your family of four can afford to live comfortably

On one single wage

We do hold for our labors some respite and vacation

And we do hold some relief for sickness

Each year we all of us,

Both those in part time jobs, and those in full time jobs

Should get four weeks paid vacation

And one week paid sick leave

And six months maternity leave for each couple.

And this at decreased pay

The maternity leave can be shared between both parents.

Maternity leave is funded by the government.

Shareable as and when by whosoever the couple so designates

Government accepts from all persons

Any registrations of the use of the individual's rights of marriage.

Of any sex combination and any number of persons.

One person's pension can be shared among however many.

There is the usual limit on marriage partners who can be granted citizenship per person per time unit.

People can say to whom they are married

People can say who may and may not adopt their children

And all agencies can respect the decisions of the parents

A person is divorced when they say they are divorced.

Government can provide free good meeting places and good counsel.

Government accepts from all persons

Any registrations of the use of the individual's rights of family.

People may define their own family relations

A mother has the rights of who may attend the birth and what they may do.

The child can never be taken from the mother without consent

Where government doesn't already pay for birth,

From general taxation I pay for basic hospital birth costs.

Deaths may be buried or cremated anywhere within health and safety guidelines.

Births, deaths and marriages are the proper domain of each individual’s rights

Everyone has equal rights and in equal language

Each individual can use their own individual rights as they decide

Government can register any individual’s use of that individual’s rights

The definition of religious marriage is for each religion and person to decide for themselves

The private space belongs rightly to the individual or individuals and not to the government neither to its agents.

There shall be minimal census.

Number of persons per polity. Income per polity.

Data ranges on age and sex and income and location,

Any remainder is optional.

The optional questions can help the government to help the poor.

Each individual has personal access and control over that individual's data.

Your data belongs to you.

Your healthcare, library, twitter, facebook data, everything.

The public space belongs rightly to the public and not to the government neither to its agents.

People may assemble freely.

They may engage in activities together or in few numbers or alone.

They may shop, play, speak, demonstrate, hold meetings,

Petition, form labor unions, and other activities

They will be respectful and peaceable

We don't arrest people who are not loitering.

Free assembly does not constitute loitering neither can it be treated as such by the police.

I believe in healthy eating

And in healthy exercise

And in healthy environment

In your community healthy calories will be as cheap as candy calories

You can afford to buy fresh fruit and vegetables for your families

I shall make subsidy payments to farm and factory to pay for this

You have the right to roam sensibly across tracts of lands.

National Parks will be free of charge to enter into them and to camp there.

The costs of this will be subsumed into general taxes

I shall give payments to farmers for costs of riparian boundaries

And hedgerows and lakes and ponds.

We do this to help promote habitats and species.

In law and order I believe in friendly police

We do not expect to use violence against people except when needed

I expect good voices and good actions from the police

I expect good use of discretion

I expect patience and forbearance

I expect it to be hard to get arrested

I expect minimal use of force in arrest and detention of people.

We have minimal laws and minimal crimes.

We have not overmuch punishment.

We have trials be not overlong neither under-funded.

We prefer smaller crimes and misdemeanors have no prison.

They stay with their jobs and their families and this is better for their communities

And juveniles are always subject only to the juvenile court system

Prisons should be reformed.

Respect prisoners' dignity and humanity and we will keep ours.

Build society in prisons and they will be ready for society outside prisons.

We take no right over any prisoner except for two things.

To detain them and to transport them. And reasonably and proportionally.

We hold no other right over them. They keep their other rights.

I believe in a small military.

Sufficient to request and operate the military machines and infrastructure

That will need repeating in a war economy.

I believe in a simple taxation system

Government spends a portion of GDP

And can tax incomes at an equation that gets this money

Progressive taxes are common

That’s because the rich can afford to pay more

You aren’t taxed until you reach the tax payment line

The tax payment line allows for basic housing

And basic living expenses for dependants

Disabled persons get higher allowances for housing and living expenses

As far as they need these to provide the same basic living standards

The same for other persons who need extra money for them

Welfare payments are simple

There is a welfare payment line

Its theory is like the tax payment line

Everyone gains a minimum standard of living

Payments should be direct payments

Some welfare systems have several sections

For example, housing, food, child support, and others

You can have this form of system if you like

And some of the welfare can be universal if you like

Taxes will reflect this

Each household will have the same result as a minimum income

Universality means changes to welfare affect every income level

Some believe welfare for the poor often becomes poor welfare

This needn’t be the result of non-universal welfare payments

And in any case you can choose the system you prefer

There can be business tax if you like

The business tax can be a flat tax

This will be reflected in prices

Business can be a helpful place to collect tax

Whether income tax or business tax or both

By this most people don’t often need to fill in a tax form

Wages and prices and taxes can be mobius in theory

At each change we must be careful they remain six and two threes

Except where the government intends differences to occur

And where equal-negotiating and fair practice causes changes

And in those cases we should help ensure the intended changes take place

And that people are rightfully and usefully informed and able to make free decisions

Otherwise the free exchange of the value created by manufacturing is harmed

And this results in biased changes to rents, mortgages, and prices

Unions done well are important and vital to the health of a free economy

And ombudsmen are useful to help study and inform about price changes

Part of the tax gives wealth transfers to the poor

A super majority agrees to a portion of this that should belong to the poor

Some of this portion can be given to the poor by wages rather than welfare

Some of this transfer can be achieved by wage differences

Some of this transfer can be exchanged by changing taxes and wages

Higher incomes would get lower taxes and lower wages

Lower incomes would get higher taxes and higher wages

Less of the economy would go via the tax system

And more of the economy would go via wages

The result would be six and two threes

Except this would create flatter taxes and a broader tax base

More of the people would own more of the wealth

This is good for the health of the Republic

And in theory can be considered a Second Amendment issue

Not everyone would get sufficient wages from this

We would continue to need welfare

As for tax deductions they can in theory be moved into wages

Government can spend to help direct money for the common good

This can be done by direct payments and by not taxing

Structures and conditions can be applied

We can end corporate welfare

We can tax deductions

We can simplify and clarify the effects the government has on the economy

Government budgets should be transparent

There should be open government

The Federal Reserve should be a public body

I believe in your future

I believe in your education

I believe in your jobs

I believe in your communities

I believe in your families

I believe in your liberty

I believe in your rights

I believe in your freedoms

I believe in big global projects

To ensure food and shelter for everyone

For the generations during today

And for the generations during tomorrow

We are a free planet for everyone

We look after our parents

We look after the poor

We look after the sick

We give everyone education

We treat prisoners humanely

We have good rights in the community

We help enterprises and labor

We care for the environment

Our future will be no less than free.

Our economy will have no less opportunity.

This is and ever has been the promise you have upheld.

We believe in liberty, Human Rights,

Free movement, free assembly, free speech,

Free markets, free trade, fair trade.

We believe in the Liberty, and all that this belief entails.

We believe in sound finance and in funding jobs and growth.

That we find ourselves more capable to our cause and more known to each other.

That we might have help to be better organized to gain the fullness of our freedom.

We are family together. United in love and in freedom.

These and more are my freedom my principles my liberty.

Freedom works.

Freedom worked in the past.

Freedom will work in the future.

And Freedom will work today.

Liberty for all and in full.

There is a conflict between those who possess more than they have earned

And those who have earned more than they possess

And at many stages in the advance of humanity,

This conflict is one of the central conditions of progress.

Practical equality of opportunity for all citizens, when we achieve it,

Will mean that everyone will have a fair chance

To make of themselves all that in them lies;

To reach the highest point to which their capacities,

Unassisted by special privilege of their own

And unhampered by the special privilege of others, can carry them,

And to get for themselves and their family substantially what that person has earned.

The absence of effective State,

And, especially, national,

Restraint upon unfair money-getting

Has tended to create a small class

Of enormously wealthy and economically powerful individuals,

Whose chief object is to hold and increase their power.

No individual should receive wealth unless that wealth has been fairly earned.

Every portion of wealth received should represent that portion’s worth of service rendered -

Not gambling in stocks, but service rendered

And as education spreads among the people

We are capable to the actions of building better houses

And can do the labors necessary

And free people will only tend to those labors that are necessary

And do not tend to give lots of hours for a few people

Save those people be unfortunate or sick or poor or disadvantaged

Therefore the selection and apportionment of labors

Does tend towards equality of the worth of hours

All the labors being necessary for a house for everyone

And thus the wages tend towards being generally equal

And this a free people choose where they have control

To direct and plan their own labors

And are not controlled and directed by elites of owners and managers

For rather the people should become the owners and managers

They should own and direct an equitable and generally equal portion

Of the economy

The individual who wrongly holds

That every human right is secondary to that individual’s profit

Must now give way to the advocate of human welfare,

Who rightly maintains that every individual holds their own individual property subject to the general right

Of the community to regulate its use to whatever degree the public welfare may require it.

The right to regulate the use of wealth in the public interest is universally admitted.

Let us admit also the right to regulate the terms and conditions of labor,

Which is the chief element of wealth,

Directly in the interest of the common good.

We keep countless individuals from the freedom they easily could have

And this is withheld from them by the conditions of life

By which our society surrounds them

When aggregated wealth

Demands what is unfair,

Its immense power can be met only by the still greater power

Of the people as a whole,

Exerted in the only way it can be exerted,

Through the Government;

Fundamentally,

Our chief problem may be summed up as

The effort to make everyone as nearly as they can be made,

Both free and equal;

The freedom and equality necessarily resting on

A basis of justice and the family of humankind.

Our whole experiment is meaningless

Unless we are to make this a democracy in the fullest sense of the word,

In the broadest as well as the highest and deepest significance of the word.

It must be made a democracy economically, as well as politically.

I pity the individual who wants a coat so cheap

That the man or woman who produces the cloth will starve in the process.

I pity the individual who wants wealth so cheap

That the general mass of the people shall not own and direct

Closer to an equitable and generally equal portion of the economy

Let us not starve ourselves of the amount and the rate

Of the progress of freedom

Which rate and amount we know we can achieve

And which we should know we should be striving for

And be striving for more earnestly

If wrinkles are found

Then let them be found upon the paperwork and the approach

Let them not be written upon the heart.

The spirit should be higher if it can go higher.

General education is the one of the best helps to our cause.

In the all the countries of the world,

The question is how to distribute most generally and equally the property of the world.

As a rule, where education is most general the distribution of property is most general

As knowledge spreads, wealth spreads.

To diffuse knowledge is to diffuse wealth.

To give all an equal chance to acquire knowledge,

Is the best and surest way to give all an equal chance to acquire property.

Abolish plutocracy if you would abolish poverty.

As millionaires increase, pauperism grows.

The more millionaires, the more paupers.

When the people have the money the people prosper

They invest it better and wiser

And do so by their free market intelligence

And by their organizations and by cooperation

The progress of society

Is mainly the improvement in the condition of the workers of the world.

The unrestricted competition so commonly advocated

Does not leave us the survival of the fittest.

The unscrupulous succeed best in accumulating wealth.

It is by free choice that we gain wealth and not by competition per se

The legitimate object of government,

Is to do for a community of people,

Whatever they need to have done,

But can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves -

In their separate, and individual capacities.

In all that the people can individually do as well for themselves,

Government ought not to interfere.

Our governments and enterprises rest in public opinion.

Whoever can change public opinion,

Can change the government, practically just so much.

And the general structure of economic organization

As I would not be a slave, so I would not be a master.

This expresses my idea of democracy.

Whatever differs from this, to the extent of the difference, is no democracy.

And we can apply this not only to politics but also to business.

What constitutes the bulwark of our own liberty and independence

Is not our frowning battlements, our bristling sea coasts,

The guns of our war steamers, or the strength our gallant and disciplined army.

These are not our reliance against a resumption of tyranny in our fair land.

All of those may be turned against our liberties,

Without making us weaker or stronger for the struggle.

Our reliance is in the love of liberty

Which is natural within our bosoms.

Our defense is in the preservation of the spirit

Which prizes liberty as the heritage of all people, in all lands, everywhere.

Destroy this spirit, and you have planted the seeds of despotism around your own doors.

Familiarize yourselves with the enacted chains of bondage in your politics and enterprises

And you are preparing your own limbs to wear them.

Accustomed to trample on the rights of those around you,

You have lost the genius of your own independence,

And become the fit subjects of the first cunning tyrant who rises.

Familiarize yourselves with the beliefs and words of freedom

And you are preparing humankind for gaining those better freedoms

Accustomed to believe and enact these gains for everyone

And you speed the day when you can gain those better freedoms

And help ensure more strongly that we shall be able to keep the freedoms we have gained and that we shall give way only to improvements

We should not deny freedom to others

The power of hope upon human exertion, and happiness, is wonderful.

No oppressed people will fight, and endure,

Without the promise of something better than a mere change of masters.

Neither is it easy to maintain for long a movement

That does not have organizations and institutions

And does not share its belief continually

And freedom is safer and open to more promise of intellect when with brighter public sentiment

While people exist,

It is our duty to improve not only our own condition,

But to assist in ameliorating humankind;

And therefore,

Without entering upon the details of the question,

I will simply say,

That I am for those means

Which will give the greatest good to the greatest number.

We all declare for liberty;

But in using the same word we do not all mean the same thing.

With some the word liberty may mean for everyone to do as they pleases with their own self,

And the product of their own labor;

While with others, the same word may mean for some individuals to do as they please with other individuals,

And the product of other individual’s labor.

Here are two, not only different, but incompatible things, called by the same name - liberty.

And it follows that each of the things is, by the respective parties,

Called by two different and incompatible names - liberty and tyranny.

And there is often confusion among those who have taken much,

As to what is deserved to themselves

And what constitutes the result of another person’s labor

Rentier activity does take from you the wealth you create.

The strongest bond of human sympathy, outside of the family relation,

Should be one uniting all working people,

Of all nations, and societies, and languages, and communities, and neighborhoods.

It can take some years of hours to build a house and to provides its energy and food and furnishings

When we have worked these hours we expect to have these things

Sometimes where we do not have these things then the market is not entirely free

And sometimes there are not yet tools sufficient for the provision of these things for all

We can help the provision of all the numbers of all the tools that are required to all the people who need them

Sometimes there are monies much above the monies of others

These can be from increased productivity

Or they can be from scarcity

Or they can be from rentier wages

We can negotiate the use of these bigger monies

This is part of equal negotiation that is required for free markets

We can gain lower prices

Or better investment

Or agree on the distribution of resources and products

And as for scarcity prices they should only be according to fairness

Some of us have better positions for getting things done

Society need not uphold us in some of our positions if they do not prefer

And can remove their interactions and prefer others

We can accept for ourselves a duty to use our positions to help others

And we and others can work to help everyone

That eduation and opportunities and productivity shall spread to everyone

In some nations we have nationalized portions of the wealth of aristocrats

In some nations we have instituted progressive taxes and transfers of wealth

Where the people are equal they stay equal

We believe that the rich suffer less when they are asked for some more than others

Whether they are rich for rentier activities or higher productivity

In the one case the free market will disestablish their positions

In the other case we help everyone share and gain better productivity

We do progress our laws and our institutions

And do form and reform our governments and governance structures time and again into forms best suited for our liberty

We have established democracies and some nations have completed the transition

Others we continually encourage for we know well the struggle and the path

Many nations have discontinued the evils of their conquering and enslaving behaviors

Many nations are still transitioning to the levels of democracy and economics that other nations have

And none have yet achieved an entirely free economy in process and result

We believe in having an economy that is free and fair and equal and equitable for all

In all this we do think we do help ourselves gain the fullness of freedom for all

We by this are more freely able to choose that fuller liberty we expect for every individual

We the people do by our various institutions

Seek to gain the conditions that are right and fair

And to do them by peaceable and fair means at all times and at all places

They say the world has become too complex for simple answers.

They are wrong.

There are not always easy answers, but there often are simple answers.

We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right.

By our efforts we have freed each other and ourselves

By our efforts we have freed the black man.

By our efforts we have freed the white man.

By our efforts we can free the businessman.

That’s a pun for that is us

We should all be engaging in free enterprise together

Recognizing the equality of all men and women,

We are willing and able to lift the weak, cradle those who hurt,

And nurture the bonds that tie us together as humankind under liberty.

Our very unity has been strengthened by our pluralism.

We have every right to dream heroic dreams.

Those who say that we're in a time when there are no heroes,

They just don't know where to look.

Above all, we must realize

That no arsenal or no weapon in the arsenals of the world

Is so formidable as the will and moral courage

Of free people

And those yearning for more and better freedom

It does require, however,

Our best effort and our willingness to believe

In ourselves and to believe in our capacity to perform great deeds,

To believe that together with our good beliefs

We can and will resolve the problems which now confront us.

And after all, why shouldn't we believe that?

We are humankind

I hope we once again have reminded people

That humankind are not free unless the power of the elite owners and managers is limited.

And becomes decreased

Unto becoming the equitable and generally equal portion

Of ownership of and direction of the economy

Enterprises and Congresses

Enterprise means, to engage in tasks and activity.

Cooperative means, to cooperate together.

We call the enterprises, cooperatives.

Congress means to come together

Congress is a place of political governance

Done by cooperation and mutual consent

Councils.

People come together and talk.

They decide what they want to build or do.

They make plans together and they work together.

Cooperatives have councils to run them.

Managers and engineers do not run the cooperative.

The people run the cooperative.

The people vote for representatives.

The representatives are the council.

The council runs the cooperative.

Two categories of people usually need representation.

Those who rely upon the cooperative.

And those who are affected by the cooperative.

Workers should have representatives on the council.

Customers should have representatives on the council.

Community should have representatives on the council.

Management are a type of worker.

All types of workers are one electorate.

They vote for representatives on the council.

Customers are whom the cooperative builds things for.

Their opinion is important.

We must do our best to represent their opinions on the council.

Community are people nearby.

Sometimes they are miles away downstream.

But they are affected by the actions of the cooperative.

Anyone can go to the council to speak to the council.

And the cooperative actively seeks the opinions of workers and customers and community.

Everyone has a voice in directing the cooperative.

People are free to make their own cooperatives.

People are free to create new councils.

Everything is by consent and agreement.

Libraries.

Economic activity needs plans.

Plans help tell us how to do something.

We keep the plans in the economic information library.

There are three main types of library.

Two of the libraries are for maps.

One of the libraries is for plans.

There are two main types of map.

Each type of map has its own library.

There is a physical map, and an abstract map.

The physical map lists factories and mines.

It lists discovered resources not yet being mined.

It lists the arable land and the land being used for fields.

The physical map lists all these things.

It lists the location of each type of resource.

It lists the location, the type, and the volume.

The physical map gives a list of starting resources.

This is the resource base from which we start.

We connect these resources together to make other resources.

We start with our existing resources.

We mix the resources together.

This creates new resources.

Resources must be mixed in given proportions.

Clay and limestone produce cement.

Bricks and cement produce walls.

We create a diagram of our resources.

We start with primary resources.

Things like, clay, limestone, coal, and ores.

Clay and limestone produce cement.

We draw cement on the diagram.

We draw lines to connect clay and limestone to cement.

Each resource is a node.

Clay is a node. Limestone is a node.

Cement is a node.

We create a collection of documents for each node.

These documents tells us how to make that node.

These documents help us build things.

The diagram becomes very big.

It is a giant map.

The map is an abstract map of the economy.

Energy is a node.

Coal, oil, and solar are sources of energy.

Energy is needed for almost every other node.

Clay and limestone are baked to produce cement.

This requires a known proportion of energy.

Usually we use coal for this.

A physical map is one type of library.

An abstract diagram is one type of library.

Plans are another type of library.

Plans and goals.

The diagram shows what we can make.

Each thing we can make should have plans.

These plans help people to make each thing.

We have goals.

On the diagram we select a nice house.

We consult the diagram for how to build this house.

Highlight the house.

It requires walls and doors and windows and other things.

Highlight each of these things.

Each of these things is made from other things.

Highlight these further other things.

You are creating a network of requirements.

We continue this network of requirements.

Eventually we arrive at primary resources.

We figure what proportions of these are needed.

This tells us the ingredients needed to build a house.

It tells us the network path to create a house.

The documents of the nodes tell us how to build a house.

There are plans for everything we know how to make.

We use these plans to accomplish our goals.

The plans and the goals are kept in a library.

The house has a network of required nodes.

We source these to the physical economy.

We use the physical map to help us.

Usually the nodes are already created.

We go to the factories and collect the things we need.

Sometimes we must create new factories or more production capacity.

The new factories have councils.

Some factories are very big.

They can have several councils if people wish.

To create new factories we talk to each other.

We create plans together.

We use the library of plans as a guide.

Each factory is an instance of a general plan.

It will have to fit itself to its local conditions.

The library can have lots of types of plan for each type of factory.

Enterprise Centers

The library is generally kept in the Enterprise Center.

Each Enterprise Center has a copy of the library.

People can consult the library at the Enterprise Center.

The economy is created by connecting the resources.

The library helps people find resources.

The library helps people to connect the resources.

The Enterprise Center also has a body of experts.

These experts help people to find and connect resources.

These experts help people to form cooperatives.

The Enterprise Center helps cooperatives and individuals.

The Enterprise Center helps all economic activities.

Exploration, production, training, libraries, expertise.

Most of these activities can be called cooperatives.

The library could be thought of as a type of cooperative.

Training people can be thought of as cooperatives.

Some cooperatives are very general.

Some general cooperatives are very big.

The Enterprise Center is a very special type of cooperative.

Enterprise Centers help people organize.

Enterprise Centers help people build things.

Enterprise Centers help the freedom of the people.

Training.

Anyone can select a node on the diagram.

The Enterprise Center can tell them how to build it.

That person then learns the knowledge needed.

Segments of knowledge are also nodes.

They fit into the abstract diagram of how to make things.

Each segment of knowledge relies upon other segments of knowledge.

Experience and tests tell us how long it takes to learn each segment.

This tells us how long it takes to reach any given knowledge node.

How long it takes depends on which nodes a person already knows.

Most jobs don't require more than a few weeks or months training.

This means that most people can do most jobs if they want to.

But some jobs require more knowledge than this.

A general university education helps people do more jobs.

It prepares them to learn knowledge segments faster and easier.

A general education is part of a university education.

A person should also gain a specific expertise in some things.

Some knowledge segments take very much study to learn.

They can take years and are very necessary for the economy.

A university education has two parts: general and specific.

General education helps people do most any job they desire.

Specific education helps people learn some of the very difficult nodes.

Most factories require very detailed science.

Usually only a few people need to learn all of this.

The other skills are usually much easier to learn.

Each knowledge segment can be explained with many media.

Text, diagrams, illustrations, animations, and videos.

This helps people to have a better chance of learning.

Each knowledge segment can be explained at many levels of detail.

Some people need to know a lot about something.

Some people only need to know a little about something.

Each knowledge segment can be explained at many levels of knowledge.

Some people need very detailed explanations.

Some people need only general explanations.

Each knowledge segment can be explained in many ways.

One person's explanation might be difficult to some and easy to others.

Another person's explanation might be easy to some and difficult to others.

Each knowledge segment often contains parts of other knowledge segments.

Knowledge flows naturally into other knowledge.

We draw the boundaries to fit the task we want to accomplish.

Goals and people.

The people have goals.

They want a nice town and a nice house.

They want nice farms and nice machines.

There are limits to our time and our efforts.

There are limits to our resources and our energy.

There are limits to our knowledge and our capability.

Within these limits we decide on nice goals.

We plan nice houses and nice towns.

We plan nice farms and nice machines.

We map all of these using the abstract diagram.

This creates an abstract plan.

We then match this plan to the physical map.

We find the resources we already have.

We find how much we have not built.

We make plans to build the difference.

We build new towns and upgrade existing towns.

We build new machines and upgrade existing machines.

We create new plans and upgrade existing plans.

We examine our methods and our actions.

We improve them and update them.

We use better seeds and better tools and better procedures.

We count the resources necessary.

The cubic volumes of each type of resource.

We find them on the physical map.

We count the knowledge necessary.

The per capita jobs and knowledge we need.

We find what skills we have and organize training for what we lack.

This creates a community national plan.

We create this plan at our Enterprise Centers.

And by talking to each other at our cooperatives.

We know if we fulfil the plan then we gain the results.

Everyone is doing something that is necessary to the plan.

This means our wages should be generally equal.

Some jobs are disliked. Some are difficult.

We can share these labors.

These labors can have higher wages.

At factories some jobs are boring.

Each person can learn many skills.

And we can change jobs sometimes as we agree.

Over time we can learn more things.

Over time we can increase our skills.

This helps improve our minds.

We decide the factory locations for best efficiency.

We are efficient in the use of resources and energy.

The same for connecting factories together.

Over time we can complete our plans.

We all do some of the necessary labors.

We build for ourselves the type of life we desire.

We want nice towns and nice houses.

Nice parks and trees and flowers in the streets.

We want nice products and nice entertainment.

We provide these things for everyone.

We talk together we plan together we work together.

We organize by free choice and everyone owns and directs the economy.

People need organization to own and direct the economy.

Government is one of the structures of organization of the people.

Government can help people to build the other structures.

The people have several types of organization structure.

Government helps people start the other organization structures

Government helps people to own and direct the economy.

The cooperative structures are one of these.

They are very important.

People need help to organize and to create things.

Government usually is needed to help the people organize.

The wealth people create by their labor belongs to the people.

The ownership of the economy becomes more equal over time.

The nations are decreasing the power of their oligarchies.

The ownership structures of the nations are improving over time.

They will eventually have better equality of wages.

They will eventually have better equality of ownership.

We do things by individual free choice.

We do things without harming each other.

The economy has cooperative structures for economics.

It has political structures for politics.

The voice of each person is heard.

Each person directs the economy.

Each person directs the politics.

People have economic representatives.

People have political representatives.

The two types of representative are different.

The economic representatives help direct the economy.

The political representatives help direct the political government.

A person who is both must declare their interests to the political government.

Economics is very common to all of human history.

In every age the basic principles are the same.

The question is who owns the economy.

The question is how free are people to do things?

The question is who directs the economy.

This economy is not utopia

It is good ownership and free direction of the economy.

It is the best freedom we can get for the people.

This might seem a small change in economics

It changes, or can change, nearly everything

The power of the people becomes held by the people

The people own and direct a generally equitable and equal portion of the economy

We decided the people shall rule in things politics and called this democracy

We must have the same for economics - this is a vast and vital part of human freedom

This gives a better quality of freedom

We can compare the freedoms of the cooperatives

To the freedoms of the usual businesses

All who have ideas can present their ideas

You can be confident the enterprises and centers can help

People can decide to go along with your idea

This is like being employed by a big company

They have the resources to engage with your idea

They can help plan out your idea

They can help improve upon your idea

People together have ideas and progress the ideas

When ready enough they can enact those ideas

This is what usual businesses are supposed to be about

This is better and stronger than many of the usual businesses

If you want a job you can ask for one

People can help find work you can do

This is like a big business

But it is more social

We can actively try and find work for each other

We help each other do useful things with the time we have

This is what usual businesses are supposed to help

This is done better and stronger than many of the usual businesses

These enterprises will be directed by free choices

By your free individual choices you decide how to use things.

By your decisions about how to use capital

By your free choices of free assembly of persons

You decide what to do and what to plan and what to build.

This is better than many of the usual businesses

Usual businesses should ideally be free choices

And there will be councils or boards

The board shall be comprised of representatives

From those who rely upon the enterprise

And by those who are affected by the enterprise.

And by others as found suitable and as decided upon

This can be flat ranks and files by job type and organizational positions

And anyone can approach the board and be heard

Everyone gets representation

As far as they rely upon are affected by the enterprise

Workers rely upon the enterprise

Others in the community are sometimes affected by the enterprise

This is better than usual businesses

Theoretically business should listen to those who rely upon it

And those who are affected by it

Management are a trade

Management are workers

Management become similar to civil staff in government

They help implement the choices of the people

This is theoretically the existing situation in usual businesses

In this they are like other workers

Owners and managers and others should not get rentier wages

Wages should tend towards equality

A scientist and a manager both spend years in study

Both deal in complex things

And both have worked the same hours as other workers

And those others could have had those positions

But not all people can do the same things

For there are various labors necessary

And only so much time and opportunity society can provide

Free people tend towards only necessary labors

And by exchange this gives generally equal wages

We refuse to accept that people shall get rentier wages

With education and social organization

We expect everyone to have the same good access to all good things

Boards of councils are the governing structure of usual business

This puts it on a par with regular existing business.

This helps give you confidence that it can work.

Management is a role and position and activity

The concerns of this position should be represented on the board

You could elect anyone you think sensible whoever they are.

And they can fulfil the role for voicing care for those concerns.

Sensible business decisions will still be necessary.

Money will keep management and board activities functional within some boundaries.

True those boundaries tend to be quite elastic in most economies.

But we can rely solidly upon the board and its behavior.

This means that to some extent prices will be in charge

And this should mean that individual choices are in charge

Free markets expect the general equality of everyone in wages

Of everyone having an equitable and equal portion of the economy

Both in owning and in directing the economy

Prices should be another position of individual choices

The general body of capital and choices can be amorphous

Where to draw lines between enterprises can be uncertain

There can be equations and conditions for councils

Their creation and their representation and their powers

And the councils can ebb and flow in power and numbers

According to the free decisions of the people

The ownership of enterprises should be carefully considered

We can own the enterprises by prices and wages and free choices

And by representation and democratic industry and similar

It is expected that the workers shall own the enterprises

Private enterprises are possible, and are acceptable

Family farms and small workshops might be common private enterprises

They are not so dissimilar from all labor activities

Some capital gets returns some ownership of the enterprise

Labor should also have returns and ownership of the enterprise

When we create enterprise we own or organize some capital

As we input to the enterprise so we gain some returns and some ownership

This varies somewhat based on the nature of our input

Generally no-one will receive returns higher than banking conditions

This is generally the rate of double your money over 20 to 30 years

Small short-term loans can be given on the same rate

This can be insured by averages of this market’s usual behaviors

Shares that give returns could be shares of loans

And could be just like getting a loan from the bank

For the general bodies of big industries it is the same

Our labor is a portion of the total wealth of the system

As our input increases so does our ownership

Ownership shares could depreciate over time

Over time we expect the workers shall own the economy

Otherwise a few owners could direct the economy

And all human life and liberty would tessellate around them

In short it would be Feudalism or some decreased or far-decreased form or similar

To damn this evil we have our belief in free market economics

Whereby we expect to gain for ourselves the economy

That we humankind may be found full free in all liberty we can understand

And balance our liberties sensibly

Since before the dawn of written human history

We have tried to have free economies

Our efforts are written in our blood and our texts

And in our uprisings and our miseries and our suffering

Here in these generations alive today

We have the power to gain a better liberty for our economy

It is possible to have no shareholding ownership of an enterprise

And to run it via representatives and free choice

And by allowing all to speak freely to all others

Both as to preferences and ideas about the use of capital

And as to being heard by various boards and managers and workers

We should constantly and continually

Think of what is best and better for organization

And activities and structures and procedures and protocols and cooperation

That we may easier and sooner and faster and constantly progress

When we count up a house

We know the volumes of each type of resource it needs

And all the activities that we need to build the house

We count out the number of houses that provides for everyone

We count out the hours that do this

We share out the hours

We each do necessary hours of necessary labor

We exchange an hour for an hour

We provide houses for each other

And if we labor eight years in manual work

Or if we labor four years studying and four years planning

We have done the same number of hours

And all the hours we all labor are necessary

This moves the economy toward general equality of wages

Exchanges spread the wealth generally equally through the society

The less competitive forms change by free choices

And so people are not far less than generally equal in wages

More than 80 percent of the world are yet to industrialize

Industrialization can be shared by all the people

Industrialization doesn’t have to impoverish people

We can become equal in our ownership and wages

We can do this at the start of our industrialization

We must not wait until after we have industrialized

Otherwise it will be more difficult to get this freedom after we industrialize

This freedom is a vital part of our Republic

In our slums and in our subsistence farms

We need to transition to better productivity

And gain better organization

And without becoming miserable

And without a few ending up controlling and owning very much

We can do this together

We can plan for our better futures

We can gain better futures by our organizations and institutions

Money is a record or account of wealth

We write down the wealth we have

We can compare things as ratios

And this gives us a number line

We can compare things with numbers

We can refer to wealth that already exists

We can apply a number to our houses

We can apply a number to our machines

We can refer to wealth that will exist

Someone might borrow some machines

We know they can use these to create things

These things can be measured with numbers

Sensible plans have an average success rate

This gives an often-predictable amount of future wealth

The prediction works best from a large enough body of loans

We can record or account for this future wealth

Banks help keep these records or accounts

Sometimes we don’t use banks for this

Factories can lend machines directly to other factories

Those factories produce things

These produced things can pay for the machines

Or can pay for borrowing the machines

The cost of use of equipment can be by conditioned

Upon the costs and depreciation it puts upon the equipment

And whether there are others who wish to use the equipment

And the better prices and better use of the equipment

This can be based on free choices and management and offered prices

It can vary just like internal use and external use by usual businesses

Prices should generally be based upon costs and preferences and plans

By labor we create new wealth

And keep existing wealth as valuable

And this is also a form of new wealth

This wealth can be recorded or accounted for by money

The value of what we produce is money

Some uses of labor are not valuable

Labor can be wasteful or less productive

Accidents and erosion can decrease our wealth

When something gets broken it is less valuable

Give yourselves plans

And you shall give yourselves hundreds of trillions of dollars

Hire yourselves experts

And you shall give yourselves plans

This is wealth

We can progress the implementation of our plans

And as the probability and certainty of the new wealth increases

The wealth can become established as more probably existent

As this occurs we can more securely swap produced things

This blesses us

We should create lots of plans

And start implementing them

We must be careful what we consider reliable

We can rely upon plans

And rely on their completion as the time gets nearer

We can plan where the account comes from

And can insure and make real the future we wish to build

We must be careful on what we give loans to.

We must not fund things that don't increase production.

Or we will waste the wealth that is intended to deliver us

We must be wise and careful

Perhaps some things we build can be done better.

Perhaps we need to build some things in bigger numbers.

Perhaps we need to build things we don't build.

We can fund all of these as far as is sensible.

And we can own and direct this together.

Most of the funding for the cooperative will come from us.

We represent our wealth by forming a bank.

Then the cooperative gets a loan from the bank.

And we get interest from the bank. Just like normal.

And we have the benefit of the cooperative.

It can help us engage in building things.

Returns on investments should relate to outcomes

These can be related to each other to give national system of insurance

And we could all have one interest rate

We can relate repayments to the profits of the enterprise over twenty years.

So that the loan is repaid over that time and we get that money.

We can pay it to ourselves as a rate of return.

We can review the structure of our bank.

We make a bank from our wealth. Just like existing banks.

The bank makes loans. Just like existing banks.

We can review the structure of our cooperative.

We have a board of trust. Just like a business.

We have funding from a bank. Just like a business.

The cooperative hires some experts. Just like a business.

These experts make plans so people can build things.

This is just like a business.

The experts help people organize and build things.

This is just like a business.

There are other variations of how to run a cooperative.

But this one is fairly sensible

And is fairly similar to existing business

And contains within it more freedom than usual business

Freedom to speak and to assemble together

Freedom to direct the economy together

There might be improvements that can be made

Perhaps improve the free market within the cooperative

And think about how it fits as a network of cooperatives

And how big can it become and where are the limits of freedom?

Will it naturally form itself into a general network of cooperatives?

How distinct from each other will they be? And how important is that?

But the general form is solid and contains freedom.

It can help us bless each other.

This form of cooperative is one form of free enterprise.

There are various types of free enterprise.

And they can all coexist in a free market.

By believing in each other

And by sensible plans and cooperation

We can build a better world together

We can have the better future we dream of.

And we can build it together.

It is the freedom of humankind

To be able to freely direct the economy

For our own self and for each other

Congress.

An example of political governance

A general and implementable idea

A guide to the good health of political freedom

A local congress has a clear and obvious structure

This helps orientate and motivate people

This can help accountability and progress

Each 500 000 people can form a Congress.

This is the District Congress.

Each District Congress has 100 Wards.

The nation can form a National Congress.

Elections can be proportional representation.

Elections can be alternative voting.

Senators conduct politics by forming committees

Any Senators can form a committee.

They can talk about anything.

Committees usually discuss proposals and existing laws

Each committee starts with no powers

Any committee can ask for powers from the Congress

Executive power is with the vote of the Congress.

A vote by Congress can decide to allow a committee to have powers

Such committees often have rules for membership

Each Congress can have a Civil Service.

The Civil Staff are engineers and policy experts.

They are experts at maths and industry and organization and planning.

The Civil Staff help give advice to the politicians.

The Civil Staff help plan and enact the ideas of the politicians.

The Civil Staff provide arguments for and against each idea.

The Civil Staff offer ideas and alternatives.

They formulate plans and debate ideas.

The Civil Staff are there to help the people.

Each Congress has Civic Staff

For the District Congress these help clean and maintain streets and parks.

They collect the waste and run the civic services.

The National Congress can be led by the Senators.

Or it can be led by the Presidents.

Or it can be led by the Senators and the President.

It is possible to have Prime Ministers instead of Presidents.

And then to elect a President over the Prime Ministers.

There are various options for the structure of each Congress.

Some more notes about the proposed bodies and changes.

The library does some important tasks.

These tasks are already being done by our existing economy.

We can improve the existing structures.

Enterprise Centers are like a very special cooperative for helping economic freedom.

They help people engage in the actions people want to do.

They help each individual to gain and build things the individual wants.

Enterprise Centers can take a central role in taking care of the vital core of the economy.

They make sure it is well connected and well maintained and well built.

Doing this usually requires the consent and cooperation of many cooperatives.

It is also possible to create a special committee or cooperative to do this.

Then that committee becomes one of the central helpers in caring for the core.

There are several options for ensuring the health of the economy.

A District Congress is a useful place to put a Civil Staff.

The Congress provides the voice of the people to direct their efforts.

The Congress combined with the Civil Staff are like a very special cooperative for civic tasks.

The Congress is like a very special cooperative for political governance.

It takes time to review and to discuss the laws.

It takes time to consult with experts and to create, change, and repeal the laws and regulations.

The size of the population of a District Congress can be less than 500 000

This can be done to create 100 Districts to form the National Congress

This gives the same number of Senators for both Congresses

The Congress is also there to help ensure the people are happy.

They find out if people are happy.

They visit with people and listen to their concerns and their problems.

The Senators are there to try and solve problems.

And to engage in noble activities for the community.

And to ensure good laws good order and general freedom and happiness.

The Civil Service can have its own committees.

Departments are special committees, or collections of committees.

Some Civil Service committees are part of several departments.

This talk of councils and committees should all sound familiar.

This is how things are already done.

And some changes and updates and improvements to systemizations are being suggested.

Improvement at the enterprise level is good and useful.

Not only do the parts need continual improvement.

But the system as a whole needs renewal and improvement.

Not only do we tend one part and then another part.

But sometimes we tend the entire thing at a general level.

Not too much and not too often.

But as much as is needed and helpful.

And as often as is needed and helpful.

Progress forms its own natural body.

But this body is created as a reflection of our good decisions.

Our good decisions are made by our use of our good intelligence

The body of progress is made from good intelligence.

But this is less organized, connected, and direct than we can be.

From time to time we should be more direct.

Things always progress naturally.

But sometimes it is good to have a special project.

This helps systematize the progress.

Systemization gains us important advances.

We probably haven't updated the library enough.

And we can think about our cooperatives and our government.

A library of maps of physical resources.

A library of abstract diagrams of economic production relations

A library of plans for building and doing everything, each thing in all its variety.

A network of Enterprise Centers.

Each with a library.

And each with a body of experts.

A review to discuss the Congress structure.

It is similar and different from existing political structure.

It might be sufficient improvement to attempt but people will have to decide.

The economy is a blessing of social organization.

We can help increase this blessing.

We can gather together in social organization that is fit for this.

That we all be blessed together.

As one family humankind.

We do stand.

Together.

In love.

Enterprise centers represent economic hope.

They are like a library and a public lounge

And a help desk and a community meeting

The people who help there are co-equal to all other people

I go there to tell them my dreams.

I dream of you.

You, humankind

In all of our living conditions

In all of our slums and barrios

In all of our rural areas and subsistence farms

In all of our urban and suburban living conditions

In all of our low income neighborhoods

In all of our middle income neighborhoods

In all of our high income neighborhoods

In all of our low density housing conditions

In all of our middle density housing conditions

In all of our high density housing conditions

In all of our developed economics and in all of our developing economics

In all of our housing with nice gardens outside them

In all of our housing with barely a street outside them

I dream of you.

I dream of your living conditions

I dream of your economic development

I dream of what you should be

I dream of what you can be

I dream of what you will be

I dream of what is ours if we will choose it.

I dream of your nice house.

I dream of your food on the table.

I dream of your transportation.

I dream of your education.

I dream of your freedom.

The people at enterprise centers tell me you have wealth.

They tell me you build the economy.

They tell me you represent your wealth at banks.

They tell me this money funds business.

They tell me you fund new business.

They tell me you choose to fund free enterprise cooperatives.

They tell me these enterprises are run by boards of trust.

They tell me these enterprises listen to the people.

They tell me the boards of trust have people on the board.

Representing workers, management, consumers, and communities.

According to how people rely upon and are affected by the enterprise.

They tell me these are your enterprises.

For the people. By the people.

They tell me your money funds these enterprises.

They tell me you get a return on your loan.

They tell me these enterprises are a revolution in freedom.

They tell me the free market expects and demands the freedom of the people.

They tell me the free market expects equal wages and equal living conditions.

They tell me the free market expects the people to choose each other.

They tell me these enterprises have higher freedoms than usual businesses.

They tell me these enterprises allow higher fluidity of labor and capital.

They tell me these enterprises allow easier free assembly of labor.

They tell me these enterprises allow easier direction of capital.

They tell me these enterprises allow higher choice and higher aspirations.

They tell me these enterprises allow high cooperation and higher results.

They tell me.

You have higher freedom.

They ask me.

What do you want to do?

They ask me what sort of house do I want?

They ask me what sort of work do I want?

They ask me what do I want to build?

They help me to organize with other people.

They help me to build what I want to build.

They help me to get the kind of work I want.

And I work together with other people

And we are all equal.

We discuss together.

We talk together.

We plan together.

We build together.

We are the free flow

Of free people

In free economy.

We talk we discuss we consult.

We plan together we build together.

We are one family humankind

And we are free together.

I ask how is this possible?

They tell me there are resources by volumes and locations and types

They tell me there are knowledge segments

They tell me these are nodes

They tell me the nodes do network together to produce the economy

They tell me the nodes do mix in ratios to produce other nodes

They tell me the resulting total of nodes do then mix again in ratios to produce other nodes

They tell me they know what nodes to mix and in what ratios

They tell me this produces a map of how to build the economy

They tell me to select a type house to build

And I do

I select what type of house I want

I select the things I want in my house.

I select what I want for my house

They tell me what things are required to build this

I am helped and I am blessed

I believe this facilitates development of all levels of all economies.

They tell me you have together sourced and built the nodes you need

They tell me you have upgraded your living conditions

They tell me you have built new capacity and new enterprises

They tell me you have counted cubic kilometres on an abstract map

They tell me this tells you the network path for development

Between where you are and where you want to go

They tell me you by your individual decisions do decide this together

They tell me there is a physical map

They tell me it is a map of nodes that physically exist

A map of amounts of capacities and amounts of natural resources

They tell me you have mapped the abstract map to the physical map

They tell me you have planned the paths that are shortest

In time and distance and effort and in the use of resources

They tell me you created both the abstract map and the physical map

They tell me you hired each other

They tell me you hired experts to make these maps

They tell me you hired experts to make libraries of plans

They tell me you hired people to work at enterprise centers

They tell me the enterprise centers help you make use of the plans

They tell me the enterprise centers help you make your own plans

They tell me the enterprise centers help you form enterprises

They tell me the enterprise centers help you organize

I ask them will they help me?

They tell me they will

They tell me we humankind are family

They tell me people help each other

They tell me the enterprise centers are part of this

They tell me enterprise centers are one of the ways people help each other

They tell I am welcome

They tell me we are one family humankind

They tell me we have chosen this together

They tell me we are all blessed together

Because we choose each other.

The economy is a blessing of social organization.

We have increased the blessing together.

We have increased it for each other.

We gathered together in social organization.

Everyone is free

Everyone is blessed.

As one family humankind.

We do stand.

Together.

In love.

We believe in the brighter promise that is China.

This promise is ours as we build together for everyone.

I am constantly amazed and humbled

By the extraordinary efforts and achievements of humankind.

The human capacity to do good.

Our capacity to get along together.

Our capacity to build together.

Our capacity for a better world together.

This natural clean good beautiful expression of the human soul.

We believe in the wonderful new cities and towns and villages.

We believe in our wonderful old cities and towns and villages.

We believe in the wonderful upgrades to our existing cities and towns and villages.

We believe in the wonderful new transportation and communication infrastructures.

We believe in our new factories and our local community enterprises.

We believe in our machines and our tools and our efforts together.

I am constantly amazed and humbled

By the extraordinary efforts and achievements of humankind.

Our capacity for good.

I have so much joy

At our rise up in our living standards and our progress.

It brings such tears to my eyes

To hear and read of how many of our poor are rising out of poverty.

I can take joy in your success.

And I do.

I so very do.

My heart reaches out to people in their fields and villages and towns and cities.

And I know the liberty they desire.

I know the liberty we here in China have been building.

The statistics alone bring awesome love to our hearts.

The statistics alone are awesome.

They are enough to bring me to tears.

Some say that statistics are dry and boring.

But I find in them our fulsome good nature.

And it’s humbling. It is awesome.

So much good is found.

We have been excellent to one another.

And we continue to be excellent to one another.

The love we show for each other is awesome.

We constantly find new volumes of resources to bless us

We constantly are planning new towns and new cities and upgrades

We are sensible in how big we build our cities and how many we build

We are taking new factories to where people don't have the jobs

And to where people don’t have the factories and the opportunities.

We are creating new houses and factories and storage

And the capacities and abilities to upgrade our existing living conditions.

We are helping each other as we bring resources to where we are

And build together the brighter future we all desire to build together

We are building computers for every home and electricity for everyone

We are building good public transport for everyone.

We are replicating all types of factories all over China,

And coordinating them into clusters and connecting them with infrastructure,

So that local economies can have varieties of skills and technologies,

Giving the variety that helps us to progress our economy together,

And that keeps infrastructure easier and faster and healthier.

Our skills and our society of production,

Are being extended to all of China.

We believe our economy is for everyone.

We have freedom of movement

Free movement helps us travel to new jobs and to new factories

Free movement helps us transport resources and products

Free movement helps labor settle itself upon the jobs that exist.

Free movement helps people visit their families,

And visit the natural beauty of China.

It is good for our hearts and our souls.

It expands our mind and adds to our joy.

The blessings of freedom of movement help us keep entirely in pace,

With our economic and spiritual capabilities.

We have freedom of speech

The blessings of free movement help us to talk to each other,

And communicate and build our economy closer to our homes.

We do as others have done before us.

We remind ourselves of good things just as others have done before us.

We remind ourselves that we speak things others have spoken previously.

Just like those who spoke previously reminded us that they speak things that were spoken previously.

We comment upon the things that others have spoken previously.

We consider the various opinions

And entertain many thoughts

That we may help improve our progress

Sometimes we offer our own opinions

As we do this we are helping support our institutions.

It is good for varieties of opinions to be considered.

We desire to consider facts and opinions and what people desire.

We do this as good practice

We do this to continue old sensible practices

We help each other to make good and better decisions

We discuss and we counsel with each other and we talk.

With our varied opinions we try to help each other

With our varied thoughts we help each other to contemplate

We help each other to expand our minds

We help each other to improve our plans

We help each other to improve our efforts

We build a better future for the next generation

We live in the better future previous generations built for us

Each generation builds a better future for the next generation

Each generation dreams and each generation hopes

We communicate the dreams to them and we share our beliefs.

We believe and we hope

We continue our efforts

We continue to build a better world

Not that only a few can be free

But that freedom can be had for all by all people.

The Republic of Earth is built upon so strong a foundation

As our belief our freedom our desire

And upon the efforts of humankind.

We must continue to update and upgrade the economy.

And the living conditions of the people.

We constantly provide orderly development

Of the infrastructure of the economy.

We expect the fullness of the economy for everyone.

We know that together with due care and consideration we can achieve it.

We are humankind. We are one family.

We believe in the greatness of the principles which humankind believes.

We believe that if we uphold our principles then will we get our freedoms.

We are a free people freely choosing to freely make a free society with freedom and liberty for all.

We have high hopes for the equality of living standards that we wish to build.

And for the growing levels of democracy that are growing among us.

Both in our political organizations and in our economic organizations.

We here in China believe in electing the lower politicians and other elected offices

We believe that those elected will gain and create institutional experience

We believe that each election that higher levels of office can be directly elected by the people

We believe that this provides a sensible growth of our democracy

We believe that already the higher offices can be directly elected

By those who are directly around each elected office

We believe this helps create institutional structure sooner

We believe this benefits everyone together as we grow our democracy

We believe that the elections will join together

We believe eventually most of the elected offices will be directly elected by the people

Some offices are internal positions and will remain elected by those around that elected office

We believe those offices that will become publicly elected can expand their electorate

We believe more people around the office can vote on the office

We believe in the orderly growth of freedom and democracy

We believe in developing our institutions

And for our nationalized industries and enterprises

We can hope for boards whereon

The people are represented

According to how they rely upon the enterprise

And according to how they are affected by the enterprise

The same as we can expect for all our enterprises

We believe in the development of the infrastructure of the economy

We believe in the growth of democracy within and between our economic structures.

We facilitate each other's labor and access to capacities and resources

And machines and tools and knowledge.

We believe in free use of our labor

To create those bigger structures upon which we rely

And believe that we together do direct them.

We do organize together by free assembly

As various structures of organization

Together as government and as enterprises

We build together by free choice

We believe government must take the forms that give the most benefit for the people

We believe we created our Republic for this wise purpose

We have inculcated within our breast the power of freedom and the desire

To share along with all humanity the emancipation

Which comes from a free people

Freely choosing to freely make a free society.

You recommend this future.

I recommend this future.

We recommend this future.

We stand together to remind ourselves of our destiny

And to engage in our destiny.

A free people. Chasers of the dream. And providers of the reality.

We expect a free economy for everyone.

This is our dream. That everyone may have these gains.

We believe hope and destiny and opportunities are available to everyone.

We believe in personal freedom, civil liberty, good finance, and healthy economy.

We believe these things are worth our efforts.

We believe in the freedom of the individual and in the power of accomplishment of the society.

We are one world, humankind, family.

We are a free people.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind’s freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

Freedom is our birthright. Freedom is our heritage. Freedom is our destiny.

Our constitution says,

'All of China's people are equal.'

And I find that a very satisfying saying.

Common ordinary sayings can be very satisfying.

They remind us that we continue to believe and defend what is good and right and true.

From time to time we do remind ourselves

Of the things we know to be true

From time to time we do say again out loud

The things that we believe

By this we do maintain and uphold

And support and progress

Our society, our community,

Our economy and our freedom.

We are humankind one family together.

We have overturned oppression,

And we fortified our hearts with freedom and compassion.

Not that we may deny another but that all may live free.

Not only oppression overturned but freedom and compassion fulfilled.

The right to due process, to presumption of innocence, to evidence, to juries to defense counsel, to humane treatment.

The right of free speech and free speech activities. The right to publish without undue government action.

The right to free assembly without undue government action. The right to address an assembly. The right to protest and to march.

The right to freedom of thought and freedom of belief. To hold views and to discuss them openly without undue government action.

The right to free movement of people and goods and services, free markets, free trade, fair trade, equitable bargaining and negotiating.

The right to privacy, to freedom from search and seizure and records of people and goods and services. And to warrants and judges.

A right to shelter, to education and good health, a right to sufficient food and to clean drinking water, a right to sanitation.

A right to protection by good laws and good regulations. A right to good help in community organization.

A right to choose the nature and the status of one's own family and marriage relations. A right to community.

A right to protection of these rights. Without discrimination. Equal rights and in equal language.

We can do this. With unity. With love. With freedom. Together as family. We can help provide for each other.

We can build a better world together. The fullness of freedom is for everyone.

I know we can do this. We have been doing this. We are doing this. We will do more.

We stand in unity, in hope, as family one family sentient life together.

And not only to overturn empires but to fulfil our Republic together

Let no-one persuade us against this sweet fruit of redemption of our years of effort.

Let no-one part us from the unity of peace and freedom and development which is rightfully everyone’s.

For our planet we hope for ourselves the unifying destiny of our freedom.

Hold your light bright within you.

We stand in unity, in hope, as one family together.

Choose to stand in your liberty with your fellow humans.

That we never again shall stand alone nor be parted as the sand.

But that liberty does unite itself in the strength of the freedom of all people.

To believe in this is to help your neighbor even if they are a thousand kilometres away.

Because you know and believe in the equality of individuals.

And that they deserve the same high amount of freedom you have.

And every person helped is a better world.

Unity. Equality. Freedom. They have brought us blessing.

And we ask ourselves to grow this blessing. To brighten each our futures.

Having gained so much we must not now be lax in its growth and spread.

We must not forget to fulfil our destiny and our promise.

To fulfil the sweet fruit of redemption of our years of effort.

This is what we ask for.

I have a strong belief and faith in humanity and in our being family together.

A joyous belief that our destiny is freedom and that we gain it by our principles.

The acknowledgement of the universal love that springs naturally in every human heart.

The freedom that comes from community together making a better world together.

A love for all people around the world and joy in their success.

I am privileged to speak for the liberty of humankind.

Not only privileged but honoured.

But I am not special any more than you are special - we are all special.

I am not more talented even if I had more talents than you.

Which if you read the interviews I’ve had over the years you know I keep quite humble.

It isn’t because I am better than you. Because I’m not.

It is because of opportunity and the economy that can support choices and preferences of my life.

It is by my place it is by my position. It is by time and by chance.

It is by a sum of efforts going back beyond the dawn of written history.

Efforts we have all made. And I am here. And I find myself in a position to speak. And so I speak.

Not because I think I have the best words. I don’t know what are the best words.

Not because I have the best ideas. I don’t know what are the best ideas.

But because I feel I can make a difference. Because I know that I can change the world for the better.

And that’s something I can do.

That’s something we each of us can do.

I bring to you a message of hope

A message of joy

And of love

We are one family humankind.

We are replete with the fullness of liberty.

It is natural within our breast.

It expresses itself in your words

And in your hands.

It gives us all better lives as it expresses itself.

It is our better nature

Our true nature.

It is your love for each and every one of you.

Our love is what makes us human and keeps us human.

It can never be extinguished no matter what we do.

Its truth can hurt us and harm us when we do wrong.

It can burn within us as it purifies our wrong.

It can teach us, it can lead us, it is who we are, it is what we are.

We are one family humankind.

We are love.

That true love that natural love that good love.

That is who we are.

The fulfilment of who we are is our destiny.

I come before you today to thank you for what you have achieved.

To thank you for my civil rights.

My right to buy and to sell.

My right to own property.

My right to make my own living.

My right to get divorced if sadly a marriage doesn’t have the love or the respect I feel it needs.

My right to be looked after.

My right to be able to study and to learn.

My right to know how to read and how to write.

My right to seek knowledge even if it is found at such a distance as China.

I thank you for my rights.

I thank you for my education.

I thank you for my freedom.

I come to remind you that not only can I ride a mean camel.

But I can drive a car. And frankly the car is much easier.

I come to remind you that I might very well be better able than you at the market.

And that my skills in old-fashioned markets as a merchant might very well be legendary.

I might very well have established a fortune.

And if I was sad of heart for lack of marriage

Then perhaps I might be very lucky if a younger man wished to live in marriage with me.

Yes I might in the old days be very skilful very capable and very able.

And I remind you that my business skills remain formidable even today.

Especially today.

Because there is more technology and more capability.

I come to remind you that I’m awesome.

I know to how to run a business.

I know how to uphold a civilization.

I come to remind you that I can read poetry.

And that I can recite poetry.

Poetry yesterday said very important things.

It spoke of love and joy and hope and freedom.

It spoke of problems and of cures and of ailments and of troubles.

It spoke of justice it spoke of dignity it spoke of morality.

Its reach does know no bounds

And its impact can have no limits within the human heart and the human mind.

It touches our spirits and helps nations to remember and to grow.

I am worthy not only in poetry

But also in politics

And also in reasoning on all sorts of things.

My judgement with poetry is evident in my judgement in other things.

Just as I touch your soul

Just as I bring you up with morals when you are a child.

Just as I teach you rights from wrong

And to love other people

And to be good and righteous.

I am your mother.

And I know the way that you should go.

And as your father makes mistakes sometimes

So also I do make mistakes sometimes.

But I am able.

I am capable.

And we are all worthy

We are all equal

We are all as capable.

Most people in the USA are Europeans.

I know how much influence your works and civilizations have had on Europe.

I come before you to thank you for your libraries.

I come before you to thank you for your scientists.

I come before you to thank you for your sociologists.

I come before you to thank you for your linguists.

I come before you to thank you for your physicists.

I come before you to thank you for your astronomers.

I come before you to thank you for your biologists.

I come before you to thank you for your engineers.

I come before you to thank you for your doctors.

I come before you to thank you for your medicine.

I come before you to thank you for the value you place upon learning and upon knowledge.

I come before you to thank you for the value you place upon sharing of knowledge and the dissemination of knowledge.

I come before you to thank you for your chemists.

I come before you to thank you for your mathematicians.

I come before you to thank you for your architects.

I come before you to thank you for your explorers.

I come before you to thank you for your traders.

I come before you to thank you for your universities.

I come before you to thank you for your law courts.

I come before you to thank you for your three meals a day.

I come before you to thank you for your glass cups.

I come before you to thank you for your renaissance.

I come before you to thank you for the blessing your civilizations have been to Europe.

I come before you to thank you for your social institutions.

I come before you to thank you for your many inventions and many technologies.

We believe freedom is not a privilege it is a right.

We believe hope and destiny and opportunities are available to everyone.

We believe in personal freedom, civil liberty, good finance, and healthy economy.

We believe these things are worth our efforts.

We are humankind one family together.

We have overturned oppression, and we fortified our hearts with freedom and compassion.

We are one world, humankind, family

We are a free people.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind’s freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

Freedom is our birthright. Freedom is our heritage. Freedom is our destiny.

We are humanity and wherever we are we shall keep and continue this universal freedom.

We are part of a republic of freedom which spans universes and transcends time

and is as sweet by its many other names.

Our Freedom is Our Republic.

What do you want to do today? And do it.

We see before us the brighter world we can build together.

We have inculcated within our breast the power of freedom and the desire

to share along with all humanity the emancipation which comes from a free people freely choosing to freely make a free society.

I stand before you as a person of the universe, the galaxy, our solar system, and Earth - and as a believer in the freedom of humanity.

I stand before you to bring before you the best of goals of humanity.

I stand before you as an act of faith and a declaration of belief in the possibility of humankind.

I stand before you to remind you of our destiny. A free people. Chasers of the dream. And providers of the reality.

Vote to hold together.

Vote to strengthen our liberty.

And it is by beliefs shared openly and unafraid that we have gained freedom.

A world with more freedom and it will not be a utopia, it is true, but it will be better.

We can gain for our children the power of a better world

And they in their turn will gain for their children a better world.

Generation after generation a better world,

It is ours if we build it

And it is theirs if we succeed

And it can be their dream regardless,

If we will communicate it to them and share our beliefs.

Each generation does not always get to live in the better world they can dream of.

But the belief and the hope and the effort continues to build a better world.

We live in the better world that previous generations built for us.

Our future generations can live in the better world that we build for them.

Not that only a few can be free but that freedom can be had for all by all people.

I am privileged to get to stand up for the best goals of mankind and bring them directly to you to remind each of us of them.

We each find ourselves in a position and can make use of that position to do good.

To my family humankind

Cast open the gates

And welcome the yield

For we all be the harvest

Of yesterday's field

We humankind gladly accept each other

Give us our huddled masses

Give us our homeless, our destitute

Give us our uneducated, our unskilled

Give us our tired, our poor, our jobless

Give us our hungry, our fearful, our weak

Give us our lost, our lonely, our unfortunate

We humankind welcome everyone

Child of liberty child of grace

Good of heart compassion of face

Shall stand at the gates where raise the sun

And there she greeteth every one

Welcome sister welcome brother

Welcome father welcome mother

We humankind believe Earth is a free planet

A free planet for all people

We humankind are one family.

We believe in liberty for all and in full.

Earth is our home and our Republic.

We humankind

We hope for and we expect

That true liberty shall expand

From each and every heart

To each and every land

We humankind

We raise-up liberty everywhere

We humankind build liberty

Wherever we are

Not perfect did we start

Not perfect do we be

But this glory is our hope

That all shall be full free

We humankind

We can do our part wherever we are

Our hearts and shores are welcome

We are one world, humankind, family

We are a free people.

All humanity furthers the expression of humankind’s freedom on Earth.

It rises in every human breast and every human breath.

It lives in our actions and in our words. It is paramount.

Freedom is our birthright.

Freedom is our heritage.

Freedom is our destiny.

We are humanity

And wherever

We are we shall keep and continue

This universal freedom.

We are part of a republic of freedom

Which spans universes and transcends time

And is as sweet by its many other names.

Our Freedom is Our Republic.

What do you want to do today? And do it.

We see before us the brighter world we can build together.

We have inculcated within our breast

The power of freedom and the desire

To share along with all humanity

The emancipation which comes

From a free people freely choosing

To freely make a free society.

We believe in free, fair,

And prosperous worlds.

In civil rights

And in equal rights.

We believe in coming together to provide for each other.

To eat and farm,

To make industry and have homes,

To get education and enjoy full political rights.

We believe in political parties and civil discourse

And in talking it out and in planning together.

We demand rights for everyone.

We demand them and we demand them now and in full.

We do not expect to wait another day for that which is our birthright.

We believe in all the best of goals.

In freedom, the environment, in protecting water,

In education, in ending poverty and in ending hunger.

We believe in opportunity for everyone.

We believe in better.

We believe in more.

We believe in us.

We believe in each other.

For a better world.

For a brighter world.

For peace in our time

And development and freedom.

We believe in everyone together.

We believe in love.

We are one family humankind together.

Where we stand is where we make our economy together as family.

We provide help for each other,

In expertise, in planning, in organizing.

And in accessing resources and in laboring freely.

What do you want to do today?

And do it.

What do you want to learn?

And learn it.

And we will help you.

We provide free choice for each other.

For our use of our time

Our access to resources

Our education

Our economy.

We believe in free movement and organization

Of people and services and things.

Within and between our economic structures.

We organize not to rule each other

Not to deny free use of materials and infrastructure

But that everyone may be free.

We facilitate each other's labor and access

To capacities and resources and machines and tools and knowledge.

Together for each other

We do plan for each other to help each other learn and grow.

As communities together

We meet together to gain new knowledge

About methods to help our economy

To help us build a better world together.

We learn about the methods we each know

And about improved methods.

In our generation we have the self-awareness

To come together to create a global opportunity

To share scientific knowledge.

Whether we know seeds or farming.

Or whether we know machines or some other knowledge.

We have the need to know about all technologies high and low,

Basic and advanced,

And to become literate in their study.

And in the wisdom of all the people of the earth.

Together we can learn from the best practices

And provide for each other the best learning.

Whether we learn a little or a lot -

We can learn enough to help improve our lives

And do more together as communities

To build a better world together.

We might only learn in bits and parts a little at a time -

But every time we need to learn more we are there for one another.

And we will also tell people when we find knew knowledge or advanced skills

And we will help each other learn and implement together.

This will help us improve the help we give each other

And the ability of ourselves as community

To help build a better world together.

We will be amazed by the things we can accomplish together -

Though we know it can be done.

By helping organize ourselves better as communities

We will increase awareness of each other

And help ourselves learn and build together.

As governments as charities as communities

As enterprises as organizations

We must organize and communicate and connect better.

It will make a difference in the lives of all the people of the globe.

And together we will be more.

We believe in owning our own homes and workshops

And farms and possessions

And in each of us directing our own as individuals.

We require the use of the earth to live

Both for farms and for industry -

Free access to direct an equitable portion.

We believe in free use of our labor

To create those bigger structures

Upon which we rely

And believe that we together do direct them.

That everyone may access resources

And use their time and labor freely

And neither rule nor deny each other equal help.

Free and open structures

Wherein people and things can move and act freely

To build the way of living we each choose.

To choose together to create and rely upon

Open and free structures

Wherein we can be helped to choose each other.

We have good respect for each other's health and safety

And for the health and safety of the environment.

A happy world a clean world a green world,

A world with the power of economy

Opened up for each individual.

We can build a better world together.

The fullness of freedom is for everyone.

I know we can do this.

We have been doing this.

We are doing this.

We will do more.

For the betterment of humankind.

For the fulfilment of the achievement

Of our attainment of our liberty.

Our Family is One Family Humankind.

Our Destiny is our Freedom. It is ours.

Wherever we are -

China, India, Africa, or Europe or wherever else we are -

We can come together

To provide for each other.

We know what are some of the major concerns and hopes

Of our planet and our people.

3 billion of us live on less than $2 per day

And need help bringing the resources of the planet together for our benefit.

2.6 billion of us lack access to improved sanitation.

By accessing and processing resources we build better shelter and better sanitation.

2.5 billion of us rely on biomass.

We can make power plants for everyone.

This will increase global CO2 by 0.9%.

1.8 billion of us have access to a water source within 1 kilometre,

But not in our house or yard.

We can make pipes and pumps and reservoirs.

1.1 billion of us have inadequate access to water.

We can find coal and ore

And make machines to dig canals and irrigation.

1.6 billion of us live without electricity.

In the past 25 years 1.3 billion people have gained electricity.

We will dig coal and make cleaner power plants.

1.5 billion of us are without adequate shelter.

Of whom 640 million of us are children.

We will make a better world together by cooperating.

1 billion of us are living in slum conditions.

Of whom 170 million of us are in India.

We can plan together for each other and build a better world together.

At our current birth rates,

We estimate that 3 billion people will need housing in coming decades.

We can slow our birth rates and speed our economy.

2.2 billon of us are children.

Of whom 1 billion of us are in poverty.

Together we will provide books

And machines and industry

Together for everyone.

925 million of us live in chronic hunger.

We will count the land and the labor needed

And engage in the labors together

And everyone will have enough.

884 million of us lack an improved water source.

Of whom 746 million of us live in rural areas.

We will come together

To plan and to build together.

793 million of us are illiterate adults.

Of whom 584 million of us are women.

We can learn to read and to write

And to engage in plans

And build a better world together.

121 million of us are children who are not in education.

Together we can build enough schools for each other

And the economy to support everyone.

100 million of us are homeless.

We know how to build homes and what resources we need and how to use them.

We will build and cooperate together.

72 million of us of primary school age are not in school.

We will build a better economy by community planning

To help us build a better world together.

4 million of us die each year from diseases that are preventable by vaccination.

We have the plans for the factories and drugs

And together we will cure ourselves.

We humankind can act globally together

International bodies and treaties

Should have democratic proportional representation.

For debt-relieved nations

We can temporarily reduce debt repayments

To the levels of the previous reduction.

This counters rises that are due to the financial crisis.

The previous relief levels will return as conditions return.

In short, a flux equation can be established and with terms and conditions.

We can establish a committee

To study the best practices

For reviews of large and persistent global trade imbalances.

And a committee to study concerns and proposals

Regarding an international system for arbitrating cross-border debts.

The major forests of the planet must be protected from logging.

They are a large and vital part of the lungs of the Earth

Species must be protected from harm and from extinction.

Fresh surface water and the water tables and watersheds must be protected and kept clean.

Fishery population numbers must be allowed to replenish and strengthen.

Those international water that clearly provide for locals should not be fished by richer nations.

Rainforests and natural habitats must be saved and repopulated and re-grown.

There shall be international garden associations.

To plant trees and flowers and wild plants and habitats of all varieties.

Wildlife populations have declined.

Perhaps as much as 30% in the past four decades.

We can care for and conserve, all species and habitats.

People must be helped to have sufficient knowledge to farm and for industry.

Community organization is something we should encourage.

Political control should be democratic. Their offices and officials.

Government and other institutions can help people organize and produce economy

We can help provide everyone with experts and the knowledge of civilization.

We must be careful and live within the natural limits.

We must be careful how we use water, farmland, forests, and fisheries.

We must be careful about air quality.

We must be careful about our energy use.

We should have global public domain research projects

World public domain research for solar and for clean coal.

The world must have electricity. This will add 1% to Carbon Emissions.

We can review the state of technology and the available options for power lines.

This helps line efficiency and helps reduce power plant emissions.

Magnitudes more exploration of energy and minerals is needed.

Phone wires and utility pipes can be competed upon.

Competitors can pay the infrastructure costs.

A committee can discover if enterprises competing upon the same physical resource location would be helpful.

We can globalize clinical trials. This helps improve costs.

It helps speed enrolment. It helps speeds trial process.

And this helps cure the sick sooner and cheaper.

There can be public domain world plants databases and seed-banks.

There can be a review of water use of toileting, bathing, and industry.

This review shall cover technologies and possibilities.

There can be a global committee on ground water.

Freshwater must be respected and protected and conserved.

On disease there can be joined-up research by world institutions.

There can be international textbooks and practical guidebooks on basic technologies.

These can help students and laypersons and practitioners and experts

Industries can re-use water supplies before cleaning them and flushing them.

We can research this with global public domain research.

We can provide for ourselves

Our carrying capacity to take care of ourselves is strained.

We are struggling to grow enough grain.

We are struggling to find enough water.

0.7 percent of GNI is the UN target for spending on the global poor.

I take this as being a progressive tax

With the most developed nations paying 0.7% of their GDP to the global poor

This money funds our commitment.

To freedom and democracy and liberty and free markets.

To enterprise, to food, to water, to shelter.

To family, to community, to health, to life.

We humankind in each our nations

Do collect taxes totalling a percentage of our GDP

We use some of this money to help the poor in our own nations

We humankind can spend 0.7 percent of GDP of the developed nations

We humankind shall spend this money upon the people of the Earth our family

And if you will vote with me then you with me

We shall do this

We humankind where we find ourselves able

Shall spend upon the people of the Earth our family

We are one family

We are humankind

This money funds our commitment.

To freedom and democracy and liberty and free markets.

To enterprise, to food, to water, to shelter.

To family, to community, to health, to life.

Hundreds of millions more of us will be lifted out of extreme poverty.

Hundreds of millions more of us will no longer hunger.

Hundreds of millions more of us will no longer thirst.

Hundreds of millions more of us will have safe drinking water.

Hundreds of millions more of us will have safe sanitation.

Hundreds of millions more of us will go to school.

Tens of millions of us will live who would otherwise die.

Freedom will by these actions brighten across all the Earth

Among all peoples and among all and places

We humankind can eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.

We humankind can achieve universal primary education.

We humankind can promote gender equality and empower women.

We humankind can reduce child mortality.

We humankind can improve maternal health.

We humankind can combat HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other diseases.

We humankind can ensure environmental sustainability.

We humankind can develop a global partnership for development.

For this cause we humankind have founded good organizations

Not to go nowhere

But to go somewhere

To good schools

To decent jobs

To the park with your kids

To have peace

To have political freedom

To have economic freedom

To show our love

To show our decency

To bless us each and every one

We humankind give this budget to the global poor

Hundreds of billions of us are short of education.

We will provide education for you.

Hundreds of billions of us are short of food.

We will provide food for you.

Hundreds of billions of us are short of sanitation.

We will provide for sanitation for you.

Tens of millions of us die each year from starvation and disease.

We will save you.

This spending is better than war spending

It funds the same principles

And gets better results

A nation unafraid of spending its blood for liberty

Should be a nation unafraid of spending 0.7 percent of its GNI for liberty

Already one billion people are food insecure

Billions live on less than ten dollars each day

Our industries require much energy and much water

People desire gardens and they live in dense cities

Hundreds of millions of people don't have sufficient sanitation

We need another agricultural revolution

There are many fields in Africa that can double their output

There are many fields in Eastern Europe that can increase their output

There are many fields in Russia that can be re-opened to crops

We can use each technology in turn

Until we have provided for everyone

Grow lots of the newer breeds of seeds and give them to poorer farmers

So they have seeds that give safer and bigger harvests

Introduce better planting schemes, inter-planting, rotation, companions

Soil management schemes, natural and chemical, fertilizers and composts and rocks

A textbook forum for better handbooks and textbooks and knowledge sharing

A world forum for plant breeding schemes

Shared industrialization for the farms of poor farmers

Updated technology for tools and machines and practices

And purchasing and production cooperatives and labor-sharing initiatives

I expect a free Earth

Most of human history has been nearly flat population growth

In Europe and Japan and Russia the population growth rate is flat

In some of Europe and in the USA the birth rate is less than replacement

This is good

In most of human history two individuals provided for six people

Their self, their spouse, two children, and two sets of parents

And the mother and the father shared the work

They worked in the fields together

They looked after the house together

And where they had good free government

And where they had good community and good institutions

And good technology and science and humanities

They were happy

I expect by our free choices

That the population of the Earth will decrease

And will do so for several generations

Around the planet the reproduction rate is decreasing

Imagine if every mother had 4 children

Each next generation would be double in size

27 percent of the global population are youth

Suppose each generation had 4 children per couple

Within 100 years we'd be at 60 billion people

And at the least the past 60 years of people would still be alive

World population would be 90 billion people

I want to keep global population under 10 billion people

I want space of natural countryside between our fields

I want space between our suburbs

I want not city laid to city

I want at least one third of the land to be a place for the wilderness

For the bears and the birds and for the moose and the mountains and the prairies

For the elephants and the lions and the tigers and the giant rainforests and the boreal forest

For the buffalo and the hippo and the wetlands and the grasslands

And for the trees and for the wild the great the big the glorious outdoors

Our population decrease is a natural result of our free choices

And we expect that sometime in the future

The same free choices will be had by the world

And we know that if we give out free condoms and birth control pills

Women do choose to space their children

Women do choose to have their children later in life

Women do choose to have fewer children

These are their free choices

When they have better control over the reproduction capabilities of their own bodies

And so I advocate free condoms for all the world

And I have priced this

And it only costs less than one billion dollars each year

To give every person on the planet two condoms per month

If we all lived in towns at 6000 people per square mile

Or if we lived in the average of that density as villages and towns

We humankind could live upon about 12 million square miles

This total provides for housing and food and for industrial crops

We can mingle countryside with our use of the land

This can double the total to 24 million square miles

We can give some more millions of square miles for forests

And some more millions for mountains

And some more millions for deserts

And maybe we can reclaim parts of some of the deserts

The remaining unaccounted land is usually frozen land

We can’t live there

And living near there is often difficult

If anyone wants to resurrect the Woolly Mammoth

Then the Mammoths could live near the frozen lands

And any sabre tooth tigers

We must also take good care of the waters of the earth

And help ensure corral reefs and algae stocks are replenished

A majority of our oxygen comes from plant-life in the oceans

Plans on the land and in the sea are both vital for the air we breath

The total proven BTU based on proven reserves

Is 30 million million million

This is all the heat we can use for industrial chemistry

And to turn steam turbines to produce electricity

And to use to power our trains and planes and cars

If everyone used USA per capita levels of BTU each year

Then we have 14 years until it all runs out

Suppose we were 10 billion people

Then we have 10 years until it all runs out

Now, the proven reserves are a subcategory of total existing reserves

Some say the total coal in the USA is 14 times the proven reserves in the USA

Some say 41 percent of annual oil flow is based on 11 percent of claimed reserves.

Suppose this is true and suppose and that it is economical to extract

Then if everyone used energy at the rate the USA uses energy

Then we have closer to 100 years before it all runs out

Or if we were 10 billion people then something like 60 years

It took a few decades to change to an oil economy

And a changeover might go against the stock prices that invest in the current fossil fuel prices based on current extraction rates

It is much safer to use energy at the rates Japan uses

That would help double the time we have available

Some might think that several generations is doable

Historically our experience of changing energy sources is that it can take decades

And that’s if you have the fuel source and in sufficient numbers

To produce a solar economy that runs directly on sunlight

For 10 billion people we need 10 million square miles of solar panels

That's all of the USA and the Sahara and all of China put together

Minus Alaska and Tibet

Fusion won’t even be at its prototype stage within 30 years at current rates of development

Wind and wave energy are not sufficient to power the globe’s existing economy

Fission is considered too dangerous by many people

Coal and oil will eventually run out and are also needed for medicines and plastics

And for industrial chemistry which will be needed in larger volumes

Over eighty percent of the world have yet to industrialize

It will take time to get the level of energy use of Japan or France or England

And by then we will probably be using far more energy efficient fuel sources

And this will help extend the life of our fuel sources or our rate of our use of plastic

As we develop we will approach the energy usage rate of Japan and England and France

Global cooperation should increase

Eighty percent of the planet are yet to industrialize

You should own it by your labors

Some capital gets paid money and gets ownership and votes

Your labor should get paid money and get ownership and votes

We should arrange our labor and our wealth

Into such structures as councils and cooperative enterprises

As do better provide for our freedom

We should represent our wealth at banks

70 percent of GDP is consumer purchases

And we should fund our own freedom

With our own labors and with our own purchases

We should have libraries of plans of apartments and towns

That we may share with each other better designs and dreams

We should not lock ourselves into lesser designs and lesser technologies

When with public domain global community effort

We can gain for ourselves better technology and better designs

And better enterprises that have better freedoms and better organization

You can consult my community speech for more of the actions we can take

These things will help gain for everyone a better world and a better future

Over the next two decades

More than one million square miles will at current growth-rates become city

And millions of square miles of farmland must become more productive

Billions of people will gain better houses

And can live where they choose

In villages or in towns

And can bring the resources to themselves

And work where they live

And connect it by transportation

If they will choose this

And form and progress the institutions that bring this about

Free cooperative enterprises

We can

By wise investment and research and development

Skip a few levels now and then and here and there

And get better value for our efforts

We can build better buildings and better machines

Than would otherwise be the case

I propose a project that would create public domain global development research projects

For solar and fission and fusion and coal

For better efficiency at using resources

To get more out of the resources that remain

And to hasten our ability to put back the time when the fossil fuels run out

A hope that technology can save us is good

But we already have the horizons from current research

And we know the pace of development

And we can guess what the future might be if we do not have big projects

We must

From the science horizons we currently have

Provide for ourselves and our future generations

Such power and energy

That does sustain our living standards

I believe in a growing economy

Careful use of resources doesn't mean we stop growing our economy

There will always be science and learning

And as these progress so our economy will grow

And we rely upon more than energy.

We rely upon water.

And in this is the terror of our day

That we might pollute our drinking water

Or have not enough for crops or core needed industries

Because once our living standards are built

Then climbing down below some levels can be difficult

We add to our projects water cleaning and recycling

We add to our projects reverse osmosis

And if we ever succeed in good cheap reverse osmosis

Then we will have provided a very large salvation for ourselves

Climate change scientists say

If we add another 565 gigagtonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere

Then global temperatures will rise by over 2 degrees Celsius

So far they've risen 0.8 degrees

And this has solely or partly caused droughts and floods

Hotter temperatures cause droughts

Hotter air can hold more water

And so more water can fall at once

Both of these can harm crops

If we stopped today the effects would continue nearly to 2 degrees

Like if you stop pushing your bicycle it continues

At the rate we are developing our economies we won't stop

It is practically certain we will go over 2 degrees Celsius

If we burn all our fossil fuels over the next 100 or so years

Then that's five times the 565 gigatonnes

True we already had CO2 in the air from the past 100 years

And true we started from the pre-industrialization levels

But during the previous 100 years, less than 20 percent of the world industrialized

And it took them time to industrialize

We can expect the effects to be bigger than the previous 100 years

And so we won't have merely hotter temperatures

We shall gain a planet like something out of science fiction

And we shall have to live here

If that day arrives then the solution is obvious

More of us must move to the latitudes of Russia and Canada

Another option

And we can take both of them

Is to turn deserts into rainforests by careful planting

For in previous hot times we find some current deserts were rainforests

The USA and Sahara and India need not becomes desert in this scenario

And we know that a rainforest can sustain crops and some number of human population

This is the body of science that brought you

Mechanics and relativity and quantum mechanics

It brought you radio and television and computers and the internet

It brought you cars and trains and airplanes and space shuttles and Concorde

It brought you all the factory machines that make things

If it is inconvenient to believe them

Then ask yourself

This body of technology it built

Is this improvement in living standards inconvenient?

Or anyway is it unreal?

Did they not achieve these things based on their science?

And so give their warnings careful consideration

And so we add climate change concerns to our projects

The odds are not yet certain but they are too close

If the threat were meteors we would certainly begin a project

As for tiny meteors a few tens of meters in diameter, these are dangerous

There was one such impact within the past ten years

And if it had exploded over a city

Then its effects could have been possibly approaching a nuclear blast.

And so,

In addition to a project for micro-launch miniature space labs

For medicines and other things,

We will begin a project to interdict and fragment these mini meteors

And this gives more chance they will burn in the air and not explode nearer the ground

Our space projects will help our science and help protect the Earth from occasional impacts

If the land and the enterprises are owned by a few

Then what sort of freedom is that?

If we know how to socially organize

Yet leave hundreds of millions unhelped

Then what sort of freedom is that?

What planet do you want to live on?

In politics and economics and the environment

We can create new cities.

All in good order and in good form.

We can create the training schemes

We can organize the labor

We can find the physical resources

We can build the factories

We have done this before

We can do this again

I believe in everyone

I believe in humankind

I believe in Earth

I believe equally in all the people

I believe equally in all the land

We can have peace together

We can beat our swords into ploughshares.

We can turn our army into medicines.

We can turn our warships into grain silos.

We can turn our fighter-planes into schools.

We can turn our bombs into textbooks.

We can provide for the poor and the sick

The lame will walk.

The blind will see.

The deaf will hear.

The sick will be made well.

The hungry will be fed.

The thirsty will be given to drink.

The homeless will be homed.

The poor will be poor no more.

We can have the courage to improve our organizations

In government and in cooperative free enterprise

In providing knowledge and the freedom of free assembly and free choice

We can have the courage to spend 0.7 percent of GNI on the global poor.

We can have the courage to organize ourselves to do this

Together we humankind will help each other.

We can complete the UN Millennium Development Goals.

We can complete the Copenhagen Consensus.

And whatever good plans the nations and regions and continents and peoples do have.

And we can help everyone gain banking services.

And we can help each other build together.

Whoever we are and wherever we are.

We can come together to help provide for each other.

We will end our hunger and our thirst and our poverty.

We will become smarter, better educated, and produce more wealth.

We will live upright healthy lives.

We will have sufficient food and energy.

We will have nice homes and work places.

We will have good education and plentiful opportunity.

We will have flowers in the streets and parks in the cities.

We will have good respect and care to the Earth.

Whatever happened

To the things we said would make life good?

Behold.

And we together will do this for everyone.

All lands and all people can do this

They can raise-up and elect people among themselves

To be equal with all the people and to help all the people

And can form such cooperative free enterprises

And can form such libraries and can hire experts

And can gain for themselves better education

And can help support the outcome they desire

And the wages of their labor can be their freedom

You have heard the order of the freedom that I believe

Such shall be the freedom of humankind if you desire

Such as is common to be found within each our hearts

We can each do our part where we are

By our votes and by our actions

And by the institutions we form

And by electing numbers of ourselves into government

And onto the boards of cooperative free enterprises

As someone co-equal to each and every person

We can help do as we all can do

We can help express and progress

The principles of humankind

These things I have said

These things I can do

These things you each individual have said

These things you each individual can do

These things we humankind have said

These things we humankind can do

And if we act together we shall be capable hereto

In Russia

There are myriad resources

Ready and waiting to be connected together

To make a powerful economy of machines.

Rather than hope to find some small space in towns and cities

The rising generation and older generation

Must take hold of their future together.

They must organize to locate and plan the production of these resources

Into fine and wonderful economy of freedom for everyone together.

That everyone may have better days to labor in knowledge

And building things together to have better living standards

And to better own their own futures.

In China there are many students

Who do not go to the full potential of their training

And who should organize to come together in planning.

That with experienced people

They can produce more economy for the world and for themselves

That everyone can be happier and have more freedom.

To join where we can is good

But leaves us less able to produce the power of economy

Which together we have when we access resources together.

And some of us old and young

Must become elected in local elections

To gain the experience

To be ready to stand for elections for more responsibility.

The next level of political administration elected in due course

Must have responsible people

Who are capable and ready for the responsibility.

So that they can stand in elections

And whether they win or lose

They will have helped China to choose its own course

And its own way of doing things.

In India we can form cooperative free enterprises

It is free choice that builds our economy

And we can help each other

As villages we are a large part of the population

And can form a network of community cooperative free enterprises

And the libraries to go with them

And can hire experts and pay them based upon our future wealth

For by good planning we know we create lots of wealth

And we plan good houses for each other

And good living conditions

We plan the labors necessary

And we build together

And we do only those labors necessary

And each hour being necessary it can have equal pay

With variations for unpleasant types of labor

We can decide who to support in getting education

We can build institutions of knowledge and planning

That do help us with our free choices

So that everyone can have an equal and equitable portion of the economy

Everyone can have a nice house and nice living conditions

And we can be free and equal together

In towns and cities we can do the same

We can form unions and connect our unions with other unions

We can gain representation on the boards of enterprises

And can prefer to support better forms of enterprise

That do not have giant wages and that don’t result in a rich and powerful few owning and directing the economy

This we can do by our organization and our careful planning and thinking

And everyone can be happy with this development

A free economy is the expression of a free people

And a free people choose to be equal and free

The people don’t choose to build big houses for the rich and powerful

The people choose to labor equally and equitably

In Africa we who live in slums can be unafraid

And can create community organizations

Call them senates and forums

Where we can talk and discuss things

By this we can regain the power of the community

To talk and communicate one with another

And this is very powerful for our freedom

We can choose by the power of our organizing

To support enterprises that have representation on the board

And which have no excess costs and no excess wages

A free and fair economy without rentiers and not owned by a rich and powerful few

In Europe many of us who are youth are unemployed

We by our future organization and planning

Can create templates for industries and enterprises

We produce business plans and gain loans

And can create better freer and fairer enterprises

These are examples of the same general principles and plans

That can be repeated in every situation around the globe

We humankind are family

And do expect the result of freedom

A good economy for everyone

Together we are more than graduates -

We are an economy.

We humankind are family.

Humankind are a community of freedom both civil and economic.

A family of love and unity and cooperation.

All people have this potential to build better worlds together.

And by organizing we can help them and help ourselves and help everyone.

We are capable willing and able

To produce the next level of economic freedom and destiny

For ourselves our families and for all communities.

Together can make a strong difference

For our families and our communities.

We know what we can do together

With our potential of resources and community and people.

We can upgrade our slums

And build new towns until there are no more slums.

We can help everyone’s community development and individual progress.

We must approach local government for the help which government is there for -

To help people organize together in creating progress for the economy.

We turn to each other as communities, individuals,

Enterprises, organizations, and government,

And we plan and organize and finance.

Together we spread create and grow economic growth for even more people.

Together we are more,

Together we are that brighter future

And we can build it where we come together

In unity and love and freedom and cooperation.

Together we humankind can provide for each other.

In unity, in love, in hope, in freedom.

These and more are my cares, my concerns, my hopes, my dreams, my family.
